Ted and Barb Schmeckpeper
Dr. Diener has been our primary physician for more years than I can remember. He is absolutely outstanding. A wonderful manner,listens to patient descriptions of ailments attentively, recommends additional tests or procedures as appropriate, but will also tell the patient when he believes a wait and see attitude for an ill is what will probably be the best course. Asks about yearly flu vaccinations and other shots, whether Ive visited specialists I see recently, whether Ive had recommendd procedures performed. Dr. Diener and the practice he is associated with will recommend good specialists inside or outside their group when a specialist is needed. These specialists have always been in the Columbia area, and in my experience have always been very good physicians.

The office staff are extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I work in the healthcare field and I show respect to each and every client whether it be over the phone or in person. I will miss my Primary Care Physician but the staff is deterring me from returning.
