I would have to agree with another reviewer who stated that there is nothing urgent about the care here. The staff was okay but it took too long for me to be seen. I had an appointment at 9:30 this morning. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked the receptionist, when she though I would be seen. She informed me that they were getting a room ready. Ten minutes late I was called back to one of the examination rooms. The nurse took my blood pressure and then informed me that the doctor would be with me shortly. I waited until 10:15 and then I left. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait an additional 45 plus minutes to be seen.

The doctor I saw was not personable at all and only seemed to care about the numbers in my tests. She did not try to talk to me about how I was doing. When I tried to talk to her about my possible mild depression and why I might be depressed she seemed very dismissive and just said, "Well I hope you find a new job." When I told her my shoulder is hurting, she didnt try any tests but just referred me straight to a physical therapist. I stopped bringing up any other issues or concerns I had because she didnt seem to care. It wouldve felt like a waste of an appointment if I didnt at least get blood work done.

There is nothing urgent about the care here. I have never waited so long for a simple visit in my life. Do not expect to be in and out in an hour or two. Our visit (which included a referral to a specialist before coming back to get the results) took nearly six hours, the first two of which were spent waiting to even get in to see a doctor. It was not crowded; only about two people were ahead of us. Its beyond me why they were so slow.

Excellent care they helped greatly with a long standing problem. The providers are great. The staff and manager are very friendly, and the owner is strong on customer service. Please visit this Clinic they will take care of you

Staff is very friendly. They wont see you as soon you walk in but you do get the attention you need.
