WOW, I had no idea answering phones was such a hard and stressful task. Yet in the not even 2 mins that I spoke with both receptionists (first one hung up after rudely assuming I had called earlier which I hadnt, called back and got the 2nd one) I have never been treated as unprofessionally as these two receptionists. I am about 90% sure a monkey could do their job better (and 100% sure it would be more kind). This review is not for the doctor at all, she may be great, but how is one to know if both receptionists are rude, stuck up, female dogs. Again the DOCTOR may be great, but Id bet the house she loses clients left and right with receptionists like that. Pathetic.

Dr. Nasreen Kango is the WORST doctor ever.. my mother had seen DR K when she was hospitalized in June of last year (2016).. mind you my mother has diabetes and was on dialysis 3x a wk.. my mother got to the point where she couldnt urinate.. she was in the hospital for one wk till she passed away. Dr Kango had simply just told my family "shes gonna die by the end of TODAY".. with absolutely no compassion. My mother is deeply missed and happy in heaven its just this doc had her on so many medications and just did anything to just milk money outta my mothers insurance. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!

I called just for information and apparently the lady answering didnt know the correct answers. There was someone screaming at her in the background. I just said never mind. I am new to this area and am looking for a friendly atmosphere as well as doctor.
