Dr. Andy Thompson is the best dentist I have ever been to and have ever taken my children to! His attention to detail and his patience with his patients is outstanding! He is extremely friendly and is always going over the top to ensure that we have an amazing experience when we are in his office! From the moment you walk in you feel the calmness and tranquility within his modern up to date office and lobby area! The receptionist is extremely kind and always remembers us and treats us as actual people not just clients! Each of Dr. Thompsons staff members are also very up beat and easy to talk to, put me at ease when I am in there and I always come out with a huge WHITE CLEAN FRESH smile on my face, not just from the wonderful dental service, but from the conversation and way I feel respected and valued!! I highly recommend this dental office for any and all of your dental needs!!

Love Dr. Thompson and his staff! Due to a scheduling error (on my part), I had to take my nearly two year old (and very unpredictable) daughter to my cleaning appointment. The nurse offered to walk her around and play with her while I got X-rays, and the oral hygienist talked to her the entire time I was getting my teeth cleaned. It really could not have gone better, and I owe it to the excellent staff there. Dr. T. also came in and made her feel comfortable. I feel confident that when she has her first check-up, they will be great with her! If you live in this area and have kids, this is DEFINITELY the dentist for you! Also, they are very technological - they have flatscreens and offer you an iPad while you are in the waiting room. So, even without kids, this is a great dentist office.

I wouldnt see anyone else! Dr. Thompson and his staff are not only great at what they do, but they are also so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience once, and from someone with severe dental anxiety, that means a lot. Dr. Thompson has the patience and humor that keeps anyone from feeling nervous in the dental chair. He does excellent work, and is completely honest and open when it comes to the health of your teeth. He has, on more than one occasion, headed off a cavity or two from forming, as well as helped advise in other areas related to teeth, such as nighttime teeth grinding and how to avoid "lock-jaw" (Im not a professional so its okay that I use this term). I highly reccommend this practice to anyone ages 1-100.

Dr. Thompsons office is a great destination for all things dental. Adults will love the superb level of care provided and the vast knowledge of Dr. Thompson and his staff. Children will feel at ease during, even look forward to, every visit. From boredom-busting iPads to prizes to cutting edge dental equipment to a beautifully appointed office space, everything about Dr. Thompsons office makes the trek to dental care easier. Conveniently located in Eldersburg off Route 26, patients can get to his office from all around the county. We drive from Hampstead and my three girls and I (age range 7 to 48) wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was looking for a new dentist since the last place I went to was a bad experience. So I was sent here by a friend. Once I walked in the staff were nice and professional. The clean space is a plus for me and it has a spa feel to it. Once your in the chair you cant help but notice the latest technology. So cool to see my X rays on a big screen. DR Thompson makes you feel part of the process and lets you know whats going on. He will take great care of you. And I love my new tooth brush they gave me. The small things in life. :) I will never leave this amazing place!

I recently moved into the area and had a dental emergency this past week. When I contacted Dr. Thompsons office to inquire about an emergency appointment, they were able to fit me in the next day. When I met Dr. Thompson, I immediately felt like everything was going to be okay. Its hard to find a dentist that will not only listen, but also include you in on the treatment process. I guess I have found my new Dentist! I am so thankful I took a chance on Dr. Thompson and his amazing staff!

My whole family goes to Dr. Thompson. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Thompson is warm and friendly and very thorough in his work. He also has a great sense of humor, which is a plus when your mouth is full of cleaning equipment! I highly recommend Dr. Thompson. The 30 minute trip from Westminster is well worth it to get such high-quality dental care.

Would totally recommend this practice! We have 4 year old twins and they had a terrible experience the first time they went to the dentist and when they came here and saw Dr. Andy they loved it! Rachel made them feel so comfortable and let them sit on my lap and explained everything to them so they werent scared. I also go there and really like the staff as well. Plus, the waiting room is always empty which means that they get you in quickly without having to wait.

Dr. Thompson and his staff were so amazing! My husband and I just went to him for the first time, and neither of us had been to the dentist for quite a while - longer than Id like to admit!! Dr. Thompson was so kind and helpful. He and his staff gave us a full description of everything they were doing throughout the appointment and made us feel very welcome. We are so happy to be "back on track" with Dr. Thompson and team! Cant recommend them highly enough!!

I have been going to Dr. Thompson for 2 years now and will never go anywhere else. Unlike other dentist he gives you guidence and advice rather than judgment. His staff is friendly and personable and makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Not only do you leave with your teeth feeling refreshed but the information to keep them that way. If you are looking for a dentist I would recommend him and honestly say its an enjoyable visit every 6 months.

The office is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Thompson is great with kids of all ages. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr, Thompson made sure every single question I had was answered. His staff is warm, professional, and thoughtful. When I left something important behind by mistake, they called and made sure I could retrieve it. (Thanks, everyone!). The office is convenient and easy to locate. Dr. Thompson has my highest recommendation.
