Really? They rescheduled my husbands appointment at least 3 separate times. 2 of the times, they constantly called my husband trying to reschedule MULTIPLE times even after he explained to them that he has work and he cant reschedule multiple times for the same appointment. After he requested for the manager over the phone, she said, and I quote word by word "please, Ill do anything" after he explained to her that he will be receiving his dental service elsewhere because of how unorganized their scheduling system was. Not professional, at all. On top of that, they sent a letter stating, again, word by word, "youre account is seriously overdue" when the bill had a date from 3 weeks ago. And threatening to take to collections... yes, over a bill that had a date of 3 weeks ago. So! maybe dont believe the reviews that their staff or friends or family wrote. Go somewhere else. Unless youre willing to be rescheduled multiple times and be harassed.

I am terrified of visiting the dentist, even for cleanings, but that changed after my visit to Dr. Vitellis office. The office is calm, inviting, the front desk admins are kind and professional. I told the dental hygienist about my fears and concerns — instead of the usual brush-off line "youll be fine", she was empathetic, offered solutions for future visits, and she was gentle during the cleaning taking breaks and checking in with me. Dr. Vitelli and his staff care about their patients comfort and wellbeing, which is contrary to other dentists that I have seen in the past who seem to care a lot about adding extra services, turn around time, and little about how their patient is feeling. I even made a 6 month check up appointment, which is something I never do. I had no idea going to the dentist could be this easy and not terrifying. If you are afraid to go to the dentist, give this one a try.

I got my teeth whitened. I am very happy with the results, not only am I happy with the result but also with the treatment I received in the office, the staff is very professional. Carla the hygienist that did my whitening called me after hours to make sure I was doing fine and to make sure she answered all my questions. I can now smile with confidence!
