I found Dr. Dinh on the Delta Dental website (dental insurance for retired military and their families.) and made an appointment to have a cleaning and x-rays. I was particularly apprehensive because I hadnt been to the dentist in 6 years and had a loose filling. She was amazing. Friendly, non-judgmental and direct. She made me feel safe and relaxed. I ended up having to get a crown and several fillings over the course of 2 weeks. She made it clear that I shouldnt feel anything at all during the procedure, only vibration and pressure. If I felt anything else she would administer more numbing. While the shots were painful, she talked me through everything and checked in on how I was doing consistently. I could relax and almost fell asleep during my second session for the fillings. Wonderful office too! The receptionist is fantastic, she reached out to my insurance and made sure everything was good to go. I didnt have to interact with them at all! She completely handled it! Ill be recommending Dr. Ashley Dinhs office to all friends and family!

Update...Today I took my 22 month old and my 3 year old in for a cleaning and check-up. They loved the staff and Dr. Dinh. They were happy the whole visit and were excited when they were given balloons for being good. I think because Dr. Dinh is a mother she is especially gifted in working with kids. We will be back in 6 months for sure. I was very impressed with this practice. We just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. This practice was close to home so I figured wed give it a chance. Dr. Dinh is very friendly and professional, the office is nice and the hygenist did her job very well. Well be going back in 6 months. We scheduled the next appointment there and then I appreciated that.

I would be unfair to myself it I ever went back to Dr. Dinh. She caused me great pain unnecessarily, as I later found out from the dentist that I now go to, and who had a more a complicated procedure to perform. While pleasant on the surface, I found her rather stiff and un-empathetic to the pain that I had to suffer through repeatedly. I wrote this off as a cultural issue. The only reason I went to her in the first place was that she had taken over Dr. Berhardts practice. I went to him for several years. He was quite good and very professional, and conversant. I wish Dr. Dinh success while she strives to improve.

Dr. Dinh is very professional and only gives first class care. She makes sure I am very happy with everything she does. Dr. Dinh is on top of all new procedures and treatments so I always feel I am aware of all my choices. Her team is outstanding and so very courteous and friendly. I dont think any of us like visiting the dentist but this team makes it much more palatable. I highly recommend Dr. Dinh.

I never liked going to the dentist and tried to Avoid it as long as I could. When I met Dr. Dinh she made me feel comfortable, she very welcome and only will do the things your comfortable with. I am currently having my teeth straightened(braces) by her and they look wonderful! I would and have recommended Dr. Dinh to some of my friends and family. Dr. Dinh took over the practice of Dr. John Bernhart a personal fiend and a tough act to follow. My wife and I have seen no fall in quality since the transition. She is talented and social. Its a long drive in traffic to see her so she has to be good. She shares only one problem with all dentists. Its hard having a conversation when you cant close your mouth. Bobt Henabery

A dental visit is not one of my favorite things to do. However, Dr. Dinhs office is the exception. The staff is excellent and Dr Dinh corrects problems very efficiently and helps senior citizens like myself with the ability to repay for services with a easy to handle plan. Would highly recommend.

Very satisfied the past couple of years with implant, crown work, fillings and cleanings. Dr Dinhs 3D xray indicated sleep apnea and, after sleep test, now on bi-pap. Highly recommend.
