Our first, last, and only appointment consisted of listening to 3 of his patients as well as his own receptionist complaining about how he is always 15-20 mins late everyday to show up to his office for his patients appointments. Also, they schedule multiple people for the same appointment time so you have to wait for other patients to get their services at the same time.. he may be good at what he does, but we were very disappointed for our first impression of peoples testimonials about his business manners and how he expects patients to just wait for whenever he feels like showing up. Its pretty bad when his own receptionist talks bad about him to potential patients. We decided to go ahead and cancel our appointment and seek services elsewhere. After we left, we recieved 2 rude phone calls from Dr Newman himself being very arrogant and sarcastic. He feels that we shouldnt worry about his other patients having to continuously wait on him for being late.. what a complete joke!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Newman for 20 yrs, and find him and his staff to be excellent . With out my weekly visits, my quality of life would be hindered. He and his staff are top notch and I recommend him highly to anyone in need of a chiropractor. I was present at his office during the below negative review and I feel that the woman arrived at Dr. Newmans office already irritated. I feel that there was nothing the staff could do to satisfy her, and she even left before her appointment time arrived. During 20 yrs of weekly visits I have always had positive results and experiences with him and his staff. You guys rock!

I absolutely love Dr. Newman and his staff! Dr. Newman is an excellent chiropractor who actually cares for his patients, takes his time with each and every one and does not treat them like a number. He took care of me and Im now able to function daily without any pain! His staff has always been friendly and goes out of their way to accomodate their patients! I would and do recommend his office to anyone whos looking for a great, caring staff!

Dr. Newman and his staff are fantastic. I have used his services on and off since 2006. His office hours are flexible and meet the needs of working patients. I have used both his Hagerstown office and Frederick office. He is always on time and I have never had to wait. His staff calls prior to the appointment as a reminder. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Newman has been helping me out for 4 years now. I came with numbness on my left side and Dr Newman quickly pointed out my spine curvature and gave me an adjustment and after my 3rd visit the numbness and pain was gone! I have been back every month since!
