Some good friends referred me to Dr. Rishel. Made appointment for the Hancock office and the secretary greeted me with courtesy and a smile. This was essentially my first appointment with a chiropractor. Dr. Rishel listened carefully to my concerns and examined my lower back. It was evident immediately that he could pinpoint the exact location of my pain. Further, he has the most holistic approach to the problem that I have seen. He knew the entire picture. Remember, "The back bone is connected to the...The hip bone is connected to the...?" He didnt sing it but bet he knows it by heart. Previously had cortisone shots which in my case were no help. Over a period of weeks, the chiropractic treatments made a marked improvement in how I feel. Standing tall once again.

I am a 72 y.o. woman who has arthritis in the lower and cervical spine and have been seeing Dr. Rischel on a monthly basis for about 3 years now. Each and every visit to the office has been a pleasant experience. Dr. Rishel and his assistant are very professional, proficient, accommodating and fun. It is never a problem getting an appointment that suits our schedule. During the exam, Dr. Rishel is very attentive. He was able to calm my nervous son on his first visit, so much so that he now looks forward to visiting with Dr. Rishel. I appreciate that he adjusts well and also offers suggestions on exercises and other lifestyle changes to further assist in healing and wellness without seeming pushy to use the products offered at the office.

Dr. Rishel is excellent. I have had chronic back pain for far too many years, and not one of the various chiropractors I went to thought it might be useful to get x-rays. I even suggested it once. That was one of the first things Dr. Rishel suggested, based on what I told him of my history. I now know that I have scoliosis... That wouldve been good to know ten years ago. Hes been working with me and has improved my back pain quite a bit. Ill continue to see him for all my chiropractic needs. Oh, and hes nice too. Thats always a plus.

Dr. Rishel is a great chiropractor. He squeezed me in for an appointment after I had a problem with my neck. Dr. Rishel did a thorough exam, answered my questions and explained everything along the way. I felt a lot better after my treatment, but the doctor thought there was more to my problem. Dr. Rishel sent me for X-rays and an MRI, which verified his initial findings. He referred me to a neurologist and helped me get an appointment very quickly. I recommend him to all I know.

Im so glad I did. I now go for maintenance twice a month. And I know if a problem occurs , weekends or after hours, I can call his number and he will answer or return my call.
