We have been taking our pets Belle and Pickles here for years and they are Awesome in every aspect of Care, Bathing as well as Customer Service. They are always Friendly and Caring. They are my Pets home away from home. They treat us and our pets like we are family! All of the Staff take Great Care Of Our Family! Our Beagle just had a Bladder Stone Removal Operation and she is doing Great, Doctor Beavers did an Awesome job! The Bathing and Care People are hands down the Best Ever! We have an older hound mixed named Pickles and they have helped so much in making her feel better and more comfortable during her senior years. Thank You All For Being There For Our Pets And Us!

I would recommend this Animal Care Center to anyone I know. We have been going to this clinic for our dogs and even when we had our card before they passed and this is when the place was out in Abingdon off of Route 924. So, its been 13 years or more. They have 2 wonderful and caring Doctors here. Their names are: Dr. Beavers and Dr. Anderson. We have pad to put down 2 pets and they made the process so easy and they are such caring group of people all the way down to their staff. Thank you Dr. Beavers and Dr. Anderson for everyrhing. Its great to have a Vet Clinic like you whom we trust with all our family pets...

Do not take your pets here unless you want to waste your money on unnecessary shots. They are misleading with what information they give to you, admit they are wrong, and do nothing about it. Unless you know exactly what is necessary and required by law, or required specifically by your pets condition, they will take advantage of you. This facility simply wants to make the most money possible. They were very dishonest even when we were clear about what we wanted done. There are plenty of other places around to take your pets!

Review is from Feb 2015. Left our Labradoodle for a 4 day stay. Doodles was well cared for, exercised, and came back none the worse for her "Doggie Spa" extended weekend. Staff was efficient and friendly.
