I made a appointment for Friday Feb. 21 2014 Time was for 11:50am I got there at 11:40 am to fill out paper work. I made the appointment for a cleaning and an exam because my Dental Ins aloud s 2 a year. First off it took over 45 mins to see the dentist. Then Dr. Yahya saw me , exam my teeth and told me what i needed done. Then I ask about my cleaning and was told not today then maybe later this afternoon. That they dont give cleaning on the first appointment. I ask why i wasnt told this on the phone and when i got there today. Every dentist i have every seen in the past xray you then clean your teeth then give you exam. Today was a very waste of my time. When you make an Appointment with this office ask lots of ????? other wize you will be wasting your time. Why cant the Patient charge the Doctors / Dentist for their lost wasted time just like they charge you.

Access Dental Care located in Laurel is an outstanding dental practice. Dr. Yahya and the Access Dental Care Staff are always knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodate the needs of the patients in their care. My family and I have been patients for a number of years and are always very pleased with the outcome of our visits. The Access Dental Care staff uphold a high standard of professionalism, completes quality and innovative work, and is generally concerned about the well being of others. I highly recommend Access Dental Care to those who seek a well-trained and superior staff of professionals. I am happy with all members of the Access Dental Care Staff and have not had any complaints. Labrina is often present during my visits and is consistently friendly, well-informed, and along with the entire staff, always greets us with a smile.

Let me start by saying that I have always hated going to the dentist and would wait until I could no longer stand the pain. Dr. Yahya and his associates changed my way of thinking completely. I first visit Access Dental in the fall of 2014 with an infected tooth. I was expecting a lecture on proper dental care and my lack of it but I did not get one. Dr. Yahya was and continues to be very kind and understanding. He and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have continued to go back to Access Dental for much needed dental work and I am proud to say that, because of Dr. Yahya and his team, I now know how wonderful my teeth can be. I recommend Access Dental and Dr. Yahya to everyone especially those who hate going to the dentist.

The customer service at this location was very poor. The entire front desk staff need to be terminated. They are turning away a lot of potential business with their attitudes and approach. The dentist here actually did great work so I wont take away from that but the poor level of customer service received from front desk staff was very unpleasant. The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant and is bad for business. I asked if she would rather to loose thousands of dollars over a $35 cancelation fee. Again she was very dismissive and inflexible. After seeing the negative reactions and attitudes I left and brought my business to some where where it was valued.

This dentist office knows how to treat kids and make them feel comfortable, the doctor and the technician are great people ,I believe her name is ms rudisill, I am so glad that I picked this office for my family... Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable prices. I first heard of Access Dental in search of affordable services. I returned since I am now insured, the dentist was kind and explained everything thoroughly. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I love how my daughter receives a gift bag each visit!

Ive been going to Dr Yahya since his practice opened. Always have been more than satisfied. Recently scheduled appointments for my two boys as well (ages 5&7). Dr Yahya was great in engaging them and making it an enjoyable experience. I recommend his office all the time!
