I brought my cat, who has kidney problems due to the pet food recalls a few years back to Dr. Carletti to finally get him neutered. Other vets wouldnt do it, because of his kidneys and I always left their offices paying over $200 and still my cat wasnt neutered. I told her that I knew the risk that was involved, but because my cat was spraying all over the place it had to be done. Dr. Carletti took the chance. My cat did have problems coming out of the anethesia. He started to seize, but Dr. Carletti pulled him through! When I came to check on him, she had him wrapped up in her coat and close by to keep watch on him. I will never forget how well Dr. Carletti and her staff took care of our baby. Thanks to her our family cat is now healthy with a changed attitude. I also walked out without having spent $200. She nursed our cat through a seizure, he had a rabies shot, was on antibotics all for under what I had been normally paying for just a consultation visit to other vets. I now take all my four legged children to her. I feel that it isnt all about the money with All Paws, but more for the care and love of animals. It is something I appreciate very much!

We are so blessed to have them as our Veterinarian. They care so much about your pets and about you. Its not all about the dollars they bring in, however, their donations go to taking care of all the animals they help rescue. What a great staff! They are all so friendly and caring people. Our cats are so lucky to have them to care for them. I cant imagine going anywhere else. I just want to thank them for doing such a great job and for being there for our pets and for us. They definitely take the stress away from having to bring our pets to someone who we know isnt out to rip us off. And we dont mind paying them what they ask because we know they dont push us into getting something that our cats dont have to have, only what they need to have...plus the Dr will explain our options and let us decide without feeling any guilt. But whatever our cats have to have, we dont mind paying for it with them. They are a great example of why Veterinarians should be in that business...for the pets. If you are searching for a place to go, this is the place. And if you are looking for a great place to donate to, I recommend this place. You wont regret it.

My dogs and cats are in great hands with Dr. Carletti. She is easy to talk to and speaks in plain english. My cat was ill a while ago and I brought him to her and she handled the case with care and compassion. Not looking for the all mighty dollar but to make my cat better. Dr. Carletti runs the clinic as a low cost clinic. Which means that there are no huge markups for medications. Dr. Carletti and her staff are truly here for the animals. If you want your pet treated and loved like you do in your home then this is the Clinic I would recommend without loosing sleep!

I had my first (but certainly not last) visit to All Paws today. We selected the "Technician Visit" option since our 2 "inherited kitties" are in good health and were very happy with the 2 ladies who helped us. They were quick but thorough and very kind to the girls. I agree with others ~ this place is all about the animals!! And to those who said it was "dirty" ~ it was NOT!! As the day goes on, you get foot traffic but that is to be expected. I saw them sanitizing surfaces multiple times! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Did not smell or look clean on inside and out. Staff member was laying down in waiting area. Friendly for the most part but did not approve of the openly negative conversations of their local competitors in front of customers. Unable keep and monitor all animals after sugery due to space and send animals home while effects of anesthesia are still obvious. Cheaper but you get what you pay for and less. Swan Creek Vet is total opposite and they never nickle and dime you like Elk Neck who is also near All Paws.

I recently rescued a chihuahua from a horrible situation and took him to Dr. Carletti for vetting. She took wonderful care of him, making sure he was comfortable and took care of everything he needed done. The office has followed up on him since the vetting, making sure he is healing well and there are no further issues. I wholeheartedly recommend All Paws and Dr. Carletti for your pets!

Great veterinarian with awesome vet techs and staff too. Doesnt try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need & helps the local feral cat community tremendously with their trap & spay/neuter & return program. Ive also seen them work out payment plans with clients who are struggling financially. Highly recommend this vet. My family has dogs and cats and we take them all to All Paws.

Very affordable! Affordable spay neuter, too. Shes good with all the animals. Shes even skilled at handling feral cats. The only down side is that theyre popular so sometimes its a little hard to get through or sometimes theyre booked up a week in advance

Doc Mindy is really great with animals even in stressful conditions. While the clinic is not state of the art, and theyre limited in their scope of practice, Im very happy to take my pets to them.
