Ill start off by saying that I havent been to the dentist in like 6 or 7 years (bad, I know). Dr. Chris and his staff were awesome. They give you the option to fill out all of your first-time paperwork online beforehand so that you can just show up right at your appointment time and begin. The office is nice, modern/clean, very well staffed. They had flip down displays so that you could watch cable TV while you get your teeth cleaned. X-rays, etc for first timers in the office. Stephanie (sp?) took care of the cleaning and was very polite, social, skillful/gentle, and extra patient/thorough with me since I hadnt had a cleaning in a while. After the cleaning and the X-rays, Dr. Chris came in and told me I was cavity-free and said that I had some gum recession (which I was diagnosed with last time I was at a dentist) but he described how it was caused by (he used more technical terms) my uneven bite which placed more force on my canines and certain teeth over others. Very common and no big deal - just keep an eye on it. Scheduled my next checkup/cleaning in 6 months. Got a little baggie on the way out with a toothbrush, tooth paste, and contract info for an oral surgeon for when I want to get my wisdom teeth out (which I need to but it isnt urgent). All in all a great experience!

Dr. and staff were very nice and welcoming. Office was modern, very clean. I didnt think I would care to watch tv but it actually was a great distraction from all the work that my teeth needed, lol. Hygienist did a very thorough job and was pleasant to talk to. Ive been to two other modern dental offices and this was the first time I didnt feel pressured to buy products afterwards or have other procedures pushed on me. Because of those experiences I havent kept up with regular cleanings but plan to do so with Reservoir! Would definitely recommend them.

Going to the dentist doesnt have to be a scary experience. The office staff at Reservoir Dental is always so welcoming and friendly. You feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door and look forward to seeing everyone again in 6 months. The dental hygienists are very friendly as well as being very thorough. Dr. Parsons is always smiling and takes the time to answer all of your questions and address your concerns. I feel very fortunate that we found this practice and have recommended it to my friends.

My husband and I have been going to Reservoir Dental for several years now and love it. The staff is very friendly, their location is convenient, and Dr. Parsons is the best. He always takes time to address our concerns and tries to personalize our experience. The office is state of the art ...and being able to watch TV while your teeth are being cleaned always helps to diminish any "dental" stress. If necessary, that TV can also serve as a monitor to view our xrays, problem areas, etc. Its great!

Excellent Dr and staff. Talented, knowledgable and genuinely nice people. At first I thought having a TV at each chair was too plugged in but it is a brilliant way to distract the patient. Before coming here I hadnt been to the dentist in years (mine moved and I kept putting it off). Now I gladly make my 6 month check up and stay on schedule to keep my teeth healthy. Our whole family goes to there.

Ive been with the good Doctor for several years now, through all sorts of difficult problems. He absolutely always comes through for me, providing excellent care and never leaving me hanging in pain. Highly recommend cant say enough good about him and his staff. Oh and by the way Lisa is excellent, always a smile, and a helping hand!

I just took my three kids in for their first cleaning at Reservoir Dental and everyone was so helpful. Dr. Chris brought the kids back from the waiting room himself and all three children were in and out in less than 40 minutes!! They were happy, so I was happy! Great place to go for families!
