4 reviews 1.0 star rating 7/10/2017 If I could give 0 stars I would. These people seriously took my son into surgery at the hospital under anesthesia and brought him out with the wrong thing. We paid extra money to have white caps and he came out with a mouth full of silver. The doc was really nice some guy doc but when I called their response was "sorry someone put the wrong treatment plan in his folder" FOR SURGERY YALL on a 4 year old! So I hung up on them and went out to speak with the owner that Monday. I get there and while I am waiting they try to have someone from HR call me...as Im sitting in the waiting room. I waited to speak to Dr. Berry. Whom has 0 experience on how to handle a situation where her employees majorly messed up. She was rude. She acted like what they did was some small mistake. They wouldnt give me my money back. She told me I had no way to sue them. Which little did she know I had already contacted a lawyer and one whom handles dentistry and medical malpractice. She had already agreed to take my case but I told her my first option was trying to solve it myself. The first option was to go and speak with them and if they admitted their mistake and offered my money back I would drop it because I really do not have time for a long drawn out lawsuit. Anyways....back to her. She acts so sweet and nice but sucks at solving problems when SHE is responsible for all of her employees. I left there more angry than I was when I showed up. That afternoon the HR lady called back and offered a sincere apology and my money back in full. They knew what they did was wrong and couldnt have the decency to apologize to me and make it right when I was in there but whatever this HR lady was so much more pleasant to speak with than Dr. Berry. We did receive our money back and did not pursue a case against them. However, we will NEVER go back here. I scheduled my sons follow up with our normal dentist who referred us here. SHE is amazing. She called me after I made the appointment to ask what had happened and why I was scheduling with her instead of them. She was horrified at what they did and that they couldnt even be humble enough to take the loss and give our money back and apologize. She could not believe the stuff Dr. Berry said to me. My normal dentist said she will never send another patient there and not because they made a mistake because everyone makes mistakes but how they treated us afterwards. PS this was the Bowie location. If you use these people and your child has to have ANY work done I would check. check and re-check before they do it. Even if your mind isnt in the right place because your child is about to have a procedure JUST CHECK!!!!

I had my daughter scheduled for a appointment and THEY HAD THE RUDEST FRONTVDESK PERSON EVER. Its a black ran business and I had faith my daughter would get great treatment but every time I came here the front desk girl was so rude and nasty. The last time I went my appointment was scheduled. I had a very busy day already... I get there and MS RUDENESS says " sorry cant see you today.. You dont have any insurance " I said excuse me?? Then she repeated herself. I mentioned to her that I do have insurance and its through my employer ... Come to find out they had my old insurance info and never updated it. So I asked why would you say that, wouldnt it be more polite to say ( hey did your insurance change, its showing not available, do we need to update it) ? I told her how rude she was for speaking to me like that which indeed I had insurance... Then she told me my bill of the day which was $400 because of my updates insurance and coverage. I was floored because I was told that day I was only paying $40. MRS RUDENESS then said " what... You dont have it ?" I must of told her off soooo bad and I never loose it.. But I did . THE KICKER WAS THAT MISS BERRY THE OWNER WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE AT THE COUNTER AND SAID OR DID NOTHING. !!!!!! Good bye Berrys Dental

If you want to have your braces done here, ONLY your braces - then go right ahead. They get you out quickly and finish fast. But for anything else - avoid at ALL costs. First off, ever since they merged offices, things have been so hectic, loud, and awful. Children run around everywhere and people think its a playground more than a dental office. Most of the workers there dont even seem to care to be there. 90% of the staff are rude as well, and some of them dont do their job properly. My lips got cut up one time from someone giving me a cleaning (I also had a scar on the inside of my bottom lip ). Also, if you request you dont want this or that, they ask you "Well, why?" in such a rude manner. Dont come here unless you want a rude staff and scars. Go to one of the other dentists in the area.

I absolutely love this Dentist Office for my younger children. Dr. Berry is Great. I am very big on customer service. There is (1) lady in particular that answers the phone that always seems to have an attitude. I have referred 8 of my family members here as well. I am currently looking for a new dentist. To me every single time I call to reschedule an appointment, there is never no availability. Even if it is months away. I am only rating the service I receive by ALLLLLLLLLL of my phone experiences.

I needed to speak with the doctor about my daughters treatment, and was told shes too busy to call me. I must schedule another appointment in order to discuss the service performed on my child. If she cant take time to address my concerns THAT MEANS SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS. The facility looks nice...dont be deceived. Theres always an issue dealing with this place. I will not be making another appointment.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Berrys since she was 2 now she is 6. I love this office. Last week I visited for the first time since they closed the other location (Largo). There were a lot of new faces, which made me skeptical, but the service was great as always. Dr. Berry and Dr. Jordan ROCK!!!!

This is the best dental office for kids in the DMV ! My kids used to go to another office and we were referred to Berrys by a friend. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and bright and everything was kid friendly. Needless to say they will not be going anywhere else.....Love these guys

My kid loves to see Dr. Berry. The office is clean and the dentist made my kid laugh and smile. There was plenty of parking and the wait time was not bad.
