I have been going to this practice for 20+ years. The staff is practically family - they are so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The service and quality of the practice is top notch - from appt scheduling (very flexible, and I rarely wait to be seen,and the front desk staff are incredibly nice), to payments (they handle insurance billing even though theyre not on my plan), to emergency service (Dr. Doring saw me on Fri night the day after Thanksgiving for an abscessed tooth), to regular cleaning (Diane makes my teeth sparkle every 6 months). Recently my son and I have been seeing Dr. West for the exams, and she could not be any sweeter. She even won over my SO who hates dentists and hadnt been to one in a decade! The practice is just fantastic, I recommend them any chance I get.

I visited as a new patient, referred by my Illinois dentist who is also a Fellow of the Acdemy of General Dentistry. The hygienist was fabulous, and Dr. Doring was simply great. What a terrific practice and what amazing follow up. I am so very impressed.
