Horrible service please dont come here. My husband is a self pay patient and he is a stablished patient. Today we called for an emergency visit since he has been in pain for 2 days and out of work. Dr. Tran Quang didnt take him because he needs to do another procedure right after getting his tooth pool to prevent bone loss. Can you guys believe he rejected my husband because he couldnt afford to pay the 500+ he was asking to get his tooth pool. I understand its for his best later on but that its not necessary and it wouldnt stop him from helping my husband. Here they dont care about their patients its all about money because if it would have been through insurance they never couldnt done it together since insurances rarely like to pay for dental work. This office should be closed and the Drs lincense should be taken away. PEOPLE PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DONT COME HERE !!!

I never rate places but this place deserves it. Horrible customer service, extremely rude. They didnt want to see me just because I didnt have an MD ID with proof of residency. Apparently all other IDs are worthless. They made me waste my whole day. I would have understood if they had told me from the beginning when I had scheduled my appointment but not when separated my time to be there. They said that I can go to the MVA and pay the fee and get my ID so I can be seen. This place deserves no stars but apparently that is not an option.

Horrible money grabbing degenerates. Stay away from this place!! Charged $30 copay to do nothing. We came in for standard cleaning and they said they will not do it because we had to do the deep cleaning for $132 per quadrant! Would not even give our xrays without an additional $15. Stay away from these people.

Im sorry/surprised to hear people have had such bad experiences. My family has been going to them (and seen two of the Dr.) for severals years now and found them to be attentive, personable and never suggested unnecessary treatment.Hopefully theyll take our new insurance!

Rude, poor customer service, they did not call me to tell me my appointment was canceled, when I get there, thats when I found out. the person at the desk should be able to put their head up when they are talking with you, but they dont.

I was in and out with my 2nd follow up teeth cleaning before I knew it. I followed his last instructions and started brushing and flossing more... and easy breezy cleaning. No pain or sore gums.
