Clarendon Dental Arts is THE elite provider of dental care in the DC area and possibly all of the mid-Atlantic region. They provide a calm, tranquil environment and their personal touch makes it actually feel like they care. They dont just treat you like a guest. They treat you like family. And let me tell you, I was spoiled! Over the past couple of years I have enjoyed getting to know Dr. Fresch and her awesome staff. Whenever I come in for an appointment they are always warm and friendly and engage in their work with the highest degree of professionalism. With an operation like that, Its no wonder that Fresch has been included in DCs Top Dentists for nearly two decades. I can tell you that I have had some lousy dentists in the past. Im not going to name any names but what Ive learned is that a lot of dentists jip you on the deep cleaning. I THOUGHT I had had a deep cleaning before but what I really had was just a heavy brushing. CDAs hygienist gets under the gums and is not afraid of a fight (with tartar). It may hurt a bit but its well worth it for a healthy mouth. Also, dont ever spend money at an orthodontist ever again because CDA does Invisalign and its so much better than doing braces. I dont know what the standards and best practices are for adolescent orthodontistry (Im not a doctor) but if I could have done it over again as a middle schooler, I would not have spent a dime (of my parents money) on braces. People ask me all the time "who is doing your Invisalign" and I always tell them "Clarendon Dental Arts of course. Who else is there?" Okay, of course there are other dentists but the sentiment rings true. They are a fantastic dentistry and I never miss an appointment, except that one time the metro shut down... FOR A WHOLE DAY? Five stars. Cant be beat (Not the metro, CDA).

Yes it is very expensive but worth it. You get what you pay for. This is a top flight dental practice offering excellent dental care by a top level dentist and her staff. We started with a detailed plan for improving my oral health and followed it for more than two years. I knew up front what it would cost. Neither I nor any of my family members experienced the "pushy" attitude or rudeness described in one or two other reviews. In fact, I found Dr. Fresch to be very health oriented cleaning up many years of less than first class dentistry and giving me the best possible oral health. I think I will live longer because of the work she and her staff did on my teeth. Dr. Fresh is also well connected to and works with the top endodonists and oral surgeons in the DC area for root-canals and implants. Dr. Fresch bent over backwards to help me get paid by my insurance company writing several winning appeals to their initial rejections.

Outstanding--today was my first visit, and Ive gone out of my way to tell every colleague and friend Ive spoken to about what a great experience I had at Clarendon Dental Arts. At first blush, it felt more like visiting a spa than a dentists office. Every person I spoke to was extremely professional and yet personable, and I felt not only treated, but taken care of. There was zero wait once I got there. During the procedure (repair of a broken tooth), I hardly noticed what was going on because I was watching Netflix on a pair of theater goggle-things (I dont even know what theyre called). It was really a relaxing and pleasant time. It sounds insane, but I am actually looking forward to my next dentists visit.

Very friend and relaxing atmosphere. For someone who dreads going to the dentist, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and clear on all the procedures and processes they would be utilizing. The noise canceling headphones they provided were a great asset as being able to listen to music while they did my cleaning helped me through the process.
