I was a patient of Dr Pernals long before she opened her own practice. She was my favorite of the many doctors in the group practice, not only because of her skills as a doctor but because she truly cares for her patients & that is evident in the care she provides. When I was pregnant with my 2nd son, she performed an amniocentesis & told me step by step what to expect leaving no surprises throughout the entire procedure. She didnt wind up delivering that son because she was on vacation when I had to be induced (health reasons), but she delivered my last two children after she opened her own practice. I moved to Florida not long after my last child was born, and I still havent found a gyn that Im comfortable with. I can honestly say that no other doctor compares to Dr Pernal----if youre lucky enough to find her, dont let her go because she is one in a million!

She delivered my first child, and she was amazing.She was on top of her game. It was my first pregnancy and so I was little nervous going through it,not knowing what to expect and she totally took care of me. Never made me feel stupid when i would call with a crazy question.She always aired on the side of caution and she was very through.Her office staff was wonderful s well. I would highly recommed her !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give her 0 stars I would. After years of coming into her office with abdominal pain, heavy periods, missed periods, and being in so much pain I could hardly stand she pretty much did nothing for me. Later went to another doctor to find out I had a severe hormone imbalance and PCOS. Do not recommend her at all.
