This place is a nightmare. Legitimate concerns are completely ignored. None of the doctors seem to read the charts, so every time I went I had to repeat my medical history and that I had a prior miscarriage, PCOS, spent 2 years trying to get pregnant again before I was successful. I did NOT want to lose this pregnancy! I asked for a progesterone test (a very simple blood test) since low progesterone is a leading cause of miscarriage in PCOS. They didnt even KNOW that women with PCOS have a higher rate of miscarriage! I had to EXPLAIN this to them. This is their JOB. How can they NOT know this? In any case, they didnt even seem to believe me, brushing it off as some nonsense I read online, when it is pretty much proven in medical literature. They refused to write a prescription for the blood test, saying they dont do that unless there have been 2 miscarriages. So you would rather I lose another baby than do a simple blood test that I will even pay for out of pocket if the insurance wont cover it? And guess what? I DID lose the baby. Sometime right after my first ultrasound. Yup. Thanks a lot. Your refusal to let me get a $25 blood test may have cost my baby his life. Maybe I would have lost the pregnancy anyway, but now I have to live with not knowing if I could have saved the baby with extra progesterone. Dont go here. Please dont go here. Worst medical office I have ever been to.

I went here all during my pregnancy with my daughter and they were very nice. They heard and helped with all my concerns. My mom came along with me to all seeing as how I was 18. When it was time to deliver, they were so nice and welcoming. I was in labor for 3 hours and they told me that that happens sometimes. My labor/delivery was a bit scary for me but the one nurse stayed with me even past her shift just to comfort me which was very nice. I then went back a few months later for IUD and they were so nice about it. They explained it to me and answered all my questions before inserting it. I have had it for two years and my daughter is 2 and a half and everything is going great! For new mothers I would definitely suggest going to this practice. They are very nice and welcoming. I have an appointment in a few weeks to get my annual check up and cant wait to go back. Will definitely be going here for any future pregnancies and anything else I need taken care of.

I saw a nurse. She recommended an IUD for heavy periods. I read online about a prescription to help with this issue, so I called back to discuss. Spoke to another nurse, who said I couldnt speak to the first nurse, but that she would relay the message. Wait three days. Call back. Nurse 2 say Nurse 1 says I can have prescription. I say I wanted to discuss with Nurse 1, and I wonder why Nurse 1 didnt discuss the prescription with me and I had to find out about it online. Nurse 2 says that is the way the system is, and she cannot give me the prescription because she has to see if my insurance covers it. Wait a week. Get a call from Nurse 2 saying she hasnt heard from my insurance company in a week, and that Nurse 1 SAYS she discussed the prescription with me, but is unavailable for comment. Call insurance company myself. The prescription has been approved and waiting for me for FOUR DAYS. Call back to complain. Wait on hold for six minutes before I hang up.

I went there for my first pregnancy and the doctor I met with was super nice. However, I ended up having a miscarriage and went to the office to get a ultrasound to confirm. I had a different doctor that time and she wasnt as sympathic as I thought she would be. A month later, the office sent my a flyer congratulating me on my pregnancy and asking me to sign up for a Pregnancy 101 class. It was very upsetting to get that, and I dont know how it got sent, but hopefully they arent doing that consistently.

I have had a few successful appointments and many disappointing ones. At this point, I am looking into other local practices as I am no longer comfortable with the ability of all of the practitioners at College Heights OBGYN. This is my fourth successful pregnancy, however it is my first with this practice. Many of my concerns have been ignored or brushed off by the staff and I have found that the PAs have been less than knowledgeable.

I'm going here with my first pregnancy. I'm at 35 weeks and have only had two ultrasounds and they have never done any pelvic exams. They seem to dismiss my concerns as mebeing worried. I feel like I should be checked for dilation due to lower abdominal pain and pelvic pressure, but just keep getting told to call if my water breaks! Feel like there is little concernand my appointments are always rushed!

Nightmare. They dont care about your safety or concerns. They rush everything, literally only spent less than 2 minutes on my last ultrasound and didnt explain anything. Not the place to go to if you want to experience a safe and fun pregnancy.

Absolutely pissed that they merged with lvobgyn association.... They brought them all the way down with their nasty staff...
