In my experience with her, Dr. Montagna turned out to be an untalented, cold, and uncaring psychotherapist. It seemed that she lacks a basic understanding of the need for compassion and responsibility that comes with this kind of profession. While I found her likeable and seemingly interested in me and my problems at first, she terminated my therapy in a really disrespectful, abrupt, and dangerous manner. One of her practice policies is that she will suddenly stop the therapy and not allow the patient to come back for another session to say goodbye and thereby not making it possible for the client to end the relationship in a decent manner. This occurred after she decided upon herself to change my regular appointment time to cater to a former client. Her behavior has been plainly bizarre throughout the course of treatment. For example, I had also requested a doctors note from her. She flat out refused to provide one for me. I would strongly advice anybody to stay away from her as that policy can have extremely detrimental effects and even be dangerous - especially for clients that have issues with trust and stability in relationships. Please think twice before consulting this therapist.

Dr. Montagna has made a huge difference in my life. I had a very destructive childhood that took me many years to heal from. Nancy has been kind, wise, and empathetic. She has gone the extra mile, for example by learning a new technique that held promise for my healing. I am so grateful for the help she has given me. I have referred friends to her, and they too have benefitted.

My experience with Dr Montagna is outstanding. She is knowledgable, very experienced and most of all has a very compassionate view of human beings. She knows how to get to the heart of an issue and begin to see it differently and see creative solutions. I cant say enough good things about her and would recommend her highly to anyone.
