I dont understand how the reviewers on here even received appointments. Beacon does not take direct calls and would only call me back at their convenience (doesnt work in my scenario as I have job responsibilities.) I played phone tag for two days and then finally emailed them. I asked for assistance in determining my cost and also requested to make an appointment. I received zero help in return and was told to contact my insurance company. Very unprofessional.

Great people and GREAT caring Doctors who always hace you in their mind and heart, and actually listen to you and what you think is the best decision and beat type and kind of therapy. They creat every therapy around and personally formed for you and your needs and life sytle. Would recommend HIGHLY TO ANYPNE WHO NEEDS SOMEONE TO JUST TALK TO OR REALLY NEEDS SPECIAL LIFE LIVING HELP AND ADVICE.

They(same guy as another reviewer stated named Paul) are rude. The hours are listed wrong on Google. They also denied my SO access to my records which was clearly stated in the paperwork which was filled out. When I pointed out this mistake and the hours being listed incorrectly, I didnt get the slightest apology. These are not the type of people that care for your well being.

Owner/ Office head, Paul is unprofessional and rude when he is not outside smoking (which is all the time). I have had to wait 10 minutes to check out because of his cigarette breaks. Dr.Kcomt is great, but I stopped going there because of the unconfidentiallity and procedures of Paul.

I want to thank the Psychological team At Beacon for being very supportive when I needed some who understood what myself and my family were going through. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. I am very grateful for that. I would recommend their services to others.
