I am a current intern at Innovative Counseling Services, Inc. and I absolutely admire Dr. Pollacks work. I assist Dr. Pollack in many different aspects of her counseling service and I am very informed of and acquainted with her therapeutic approach. During my time at her practice, I have seen nothing but distinct progress and positive feedback. She is an incredible therapist that helps individuals, couples, and families overcome conflicts and she encourages each and every client to attain their personal goals. As a person with OCD (accompanied by GAD and panic attacks), I am confident Dr. Pollacks techniques and strategies will positively impact your life, not only with anxiety, but other mental health topics like relationship troubles, stress, and depression.

Dr. Jean Pollack is a very experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate Psychologist who specializes in couples/ marital counseling and EMDR therapy that helps those alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories. She has a wealth of resources available for her clients and is highly respected in her field. At Innovative Counseling Services, you will find a family-friendly environment. Children and adolescents are welcomed and can be serviced. Testing is also provided. She has a flexible schedule to accomodate the busy lives of her clients. I would highly recommend her, if you or a loved one is in need of services.
