These people dont care about your health, they just want the money. After I was told I needed a $1300 .00 deep cleaning and I declined because my Mass Health will not cover it, they made me sign forms saying I had declined the treatment, I inquired and found out these forms are generated by them in office and mean nothing to anyone. Then when I declined the treatment again, today, when they had called me down for my regular 6 month cleaning, they told me " The doctors held a meeting and determined if you were not willing to get the recommended deep cleaning they would have to refuse to do your regular cleaning, because it is not your recommended course of treatment" I was incredulous and asked if she as a professional, as a doctor, would state that the regular treatment, that my insurance would cover, would not do some good, she replied yes it would remove some tartar and plaque build up but it was now company policy to refuse me that treatment if I would not pay for the recommended treatment. They just dont care and just want the money, go find a real doctor, your better off.

I have Only had 1 visit with Dr. J and she had just met me for the first time, the news she gave me was devastating, because Of stage 4 breast cancer and aggressive chemotherapy I lost bone around my top teeth that I always took care Of, I had braces in my mid 30s and always took good care Of my teeth and loved my smile, ... anyways she was EXTREMELY PROFFECIONAL and explained everything to me step by step and all my Options, as I sat there in tears she was very sympathetic. I went to Texas 2 weeks later and saw a dentist Out there and he confirmed all she had told me, ... I have another appointment today and am looking forward to seeing her again. She spent a lot Of time with me, showing me partial plates etc. If you need a good caring dentist shes the One to see. I highly recommend her. She was very compassionate. God bless you Dr. J

Dental Dreams on Crescent street is more of a nightmare. My husband made an appointment two weeks ago because he has became in pain. The day before his appointment they called to confirm. I received another phone call later on that they had to cancel because they hadnt verify his insurance. They made the next appointment for a week later and apologized for the issue. Again the day before the appointment we received a phone to confirm. When my husband showed up for his appointment he was told they hadnt verify his insurance so he could not be seen. What a waste and such unprofessionalism. Stay away!!

They cause me to have an absessed tooth and said my insurance was cancelled when it wasnt they wanted 2,000 for a root canal that they caused me to have Ill only go to them if theres an emergency
