My experience at Kool Smiles...... I only bring my son there for treatment and last few times I tried to make an appointment, the service was just awful. The receptionist that answered the phone every time I called either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or was just having a bad day and they decided to take it out on me. The last time I called I asked for an appointment for my son because he was complaining about his teeth hurting, the receptionist caught an attitude like i said something wrong directly to her. I called explaining that I know that my sons cleaning appointment was not due till couple of months but he has been complaining about his mouth hurting. So I called to see if there was any availability on a Wednesday and she asked me why was I calling. (that statement just confused me) then I repeated myself with the same information and she started to ask me my sons info still with an attitude. Now I use to be a dental assistant and I also use to have to answers phone call tho it was not my job, the office was in need in that area so I remain to be a team player and did it with a smile and a positive attitude. Tho it did not bother me that I had to do more than my description it just help me learn more beyond my position. So as I was explaining my sons situation for the last time, she was very bold and said: "I did not say anything about a cleaning, I dont know what your hearing but it must be the other girl in the background." Now the first two time i received attitude from calling and that does not include the times I went and received attitude. So I said to her, you know what I appreciate your time but the last 3 times I called for an appointment, Ive received attitudes and Im all set. Thank you but you just lost a client because regardless of how your outside life is you should have to bring that negativity to work. All I ask is for people to remain professional when it comes to their jobs and working around people. Otherwise save that kind of attitude towards something positive because the only person that looses is yourself and the company that your working for. Thanks but no thanks .....A smile while can make a difference especially at the dental office ..... By the way my name is Victoria Stroud. wk of 3/1/15-3/7/15

I have a 15 year old son whos autistic and going to the dentist has never been an easy task for him. The team they have at the Brockton location on Crescent St. is wonderful. They have the most patient and friendly staff and have made my son feel a lot less stressed. My son actually is getting a lot more comfortable than I ever thought would ever occur. My son would never ever have a cleaning done, never mind being comfortable with a dentist even looking in his mouth to check his teeth. Hes an amazing loving kind hearted teenager and very pleasant. Weve gone there only three times, within the year. Previously before we went to Kool Smiles he would have to get put to sleep for all dental work, xrays cleanings and so forth. I took him yesterday for his six month check up and he allowed them to check all of his teeth, do xrays and the entire cleaning. This is a huge deal! I cant believe that hes made all of these strides, thats a huge accomplishment for my son to overcome. He did so extremely well. I cant recommend a better dental practice for children to go to, I know they also take adult patients as well. So if you struggle with anxiety going to the dentist, than this is the place for you. Thanks Kool Smiles! We look forward to seeing you in another six months.

My name is B. Metz and my experience with Kool Smiles dentistry has been one of tearful joy. Every woman deserves to feel especially beautiful at certain times in their life and I am no exception. However, due to the nature of my crooked and chipped teeth, I often find myself hiding my smile and embarrassed to speak with people. That all changed after I went to Dr. Bashour and her dental assistant, Joshua. Never before have I been treated so kindly and reassured about my procedures. They made me feel safe and welcome. And whats more, they gave me back my beautiful smile. Now, on my wedding day, I can open my mouth happily and not worry about my superficial appearance because my husband, my happiness, and my smile, will make others see what I see in myself; that Im the luckiest girl in the world. My biggest thank yous go to Dr. Bashour, Joshua, and the whole Kool Smiles crew. I cant recommend them enough and Im more than certain that, like my husband-to-be, this is the dentistry that Im planning on spending the rest of my life with.

My visit, to Kool Smiles from day one has been great - Samantha was so friendly and courteous and the Dr. who spoke with me about my teeth after the e-ray was, also very friendly and kind. Upon my follow-up for extracting my teeth D.A. Veronica, was so pleasant and informative on the procedure. She was an all around nice person to have a conversation with before and after the numbing - which made me more comfortable and relaxed. My dentist, Dr. Yu was very gentle with the procedure all together. Thank you - team for making me feel very comfortable during my first, my second, and all my future visits. Also, I learned of your facility from my brother in-law - whom his sister is also a patient, of Kool Smiles. So as a walk-in - I am pleased. Thank each of you!!!

Love, Love, Love this dentist office. Originally brought my son there for dental work, and after seeing how the staff and dentist treated my son, I switched to this dentist office. Dr. Truong is an amazing dentist. She is caring and alleviated my sons anxiety. The dental assistants are caring and compassionate to the young patients also. I must give high praise to three exceptional dental assistants: Roldy, when she found out that my son liked Legos; she brought in a Lego set for him from home, Ashley; whose sense of humor and upbeat attitude kept away tension from my son and myself, and Josh; who instilled confidence in my son to go through teeth extractions. For anyone looking for a pediatric dentist in the south shore area, there is no office better!

The only reason i give it 4 stars was because i was treated a little rudely by one of the staff at the front desk because i was 8 mins. Late. I have 3 children to take of and one is an infant and i live 30 minutes away so i was just put off by it. But other than that i cant reccomend kool smiles enough. The doctors and staff are phenomenal in working with children and their expertise. Ive been goin there for 8 years and ive been to another place that claims they cater to children but my daughter and my son who liked the dentist would cry so we went back to kool smiles and no more crying. They are happy there. They have smaller sized dental tools for small mouthes and the people there are great with kids!
