It is the worst front staff that I ever seen. My 7 years old have an appointment at 4PM today. Without any notice, My son appointment was cancel, because the Doctor that my Son had appointment with have been out of the office for all day due to some kind of Emergency. We understand that. Now, We have to re schedule my Son appointment which is OK, too. But Nothing available until July. Now my question is :" If the Doctor was out of the office for all day. Should the staff call and Let s patient who have appointment with that unavailable Doctor know that their appointment have been cancel?" Dont wait until they came and tell them ;" oh your appointment have been cancel". It is an disappointment and unprofessional. This is not the first time that WE experience with the unprofessional Staff at this Office. They are mean. I guessed maybe because we are not Hispanic or Latino.

****Warning/CUIDADO - CHILD CRUELTY/CRUELIDAD A NINYOS***** I took my child there for an exam and they said my kid had several cavities and needed 3 crowns on baby teeth. My child was in no pain. I found their diagnosis odd so I got a second opinion and was told that not only did my kid not need any crowns, he only had one cavity! This company appears to be practicing insurance fraud and definitely is cruel to children. Crowns are a painful ordeal to go through, especially for kids! La dentista dijo que mi ninya necesita mucho trabajo en sus dientes y cuando fui por opinion segunda, encuentre que no era verdad. Cuidado por sus ninos!!!

Its a terrible terrible dentistry. We went here because of some recommendations from friends. Worst dentistry ever. You have to keep all your receipts because they keep charging you for services you already paid off. The accountant is rude and its like your doing her a favor to go here. The bathroom is in the worst state. I think they usually take Mass health patients and are charging us all this extra because we have MetLife. Unfortunately we already paid the yearly deductible and are stuck with them for this year. The dental assistants are ok, its the reception and office assistant that sucks. We cant wait to get a new dentistry.

I love this place!!! I was there today with my 2 boys and they had a great experience! The staff is very professional, caring and you dont have to wait long time to being seen. Today we saw Danielle and Dr. Nisreen and even though my 2 years old was crying and kicking, they were patient and sweet with him and he left happy playing with the little airplane that they gave him. My oldest son is 9 and he loves Jessica ( office manager). He is so happy to show her his dancing moves and talking to her that he is always asking when is his next appointment! I strongly recommend this place !!!

Amazing Front desk staff, they know exactly how to treat another human being. No matter how many questions we have they all have answers and there very patient. Im a Patient as well and I got treated very quickly , and they cared for me like if I was there own family member or child! They just go above and beyond. You can tell they take pride on what they do.

Ive been coming here for years. About 1 1/2 years ago this office changed its name and ownership and we have seen such a great improvement since. We love coming here the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. My daughter recently started orthodontic treatment here as well. Very convenient to have everything in the same office.

My children and I had a great experience at Children & Family Dentistry. It was my daughters first time at the dentist and she was nervous, but the staff made her feel comfortable and they were accommodating and very patient. Overall, it was a very positive experience from the front office staff to the dental staff.

Amazing experience at this office!! Very fast and staff was very attentive. Hygienist and doctor took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. The office manager was extremely nice and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in! Will definitely come back and definitely recommend!!

Honestly one of the best places to go for dental care, Ive been to multiple places in Lynn and they were ether rough or rude, all of the people in this dentist is 10000% nice, and professional. I went a couple days ago best expierance I had at a dentist strongly recommend going here.

I love this office. The staff is friendly, the office manager is always smiling and goes above and beyond to help of there are any concerns. The orthodontist was AWESOME!!! We love Dr. Santana, she is gentle and super friendly. She is always smiling!
