I went here to fix a broken tooth. I couldnt see my old dentist (who had a habit of cancelling appts at the last minute) for several months, so I decided to switch. The last time I saw my old dentist he said everything looked great, but that I might have a cavity in a back tooth that he would watch. Not even a year later, the dentist at Ismile said my mouth was a mess. I had one tooth falling out and four teeth that were cracked and they all had to replaced with onlays. The dentists said that were easy to replace and though they would be a little sore it would go away in a week. Lets say that was not the case at all. Getting the onlays put on was very involved with about a dozen office visits, and the pain was intense, lasting about 3-4 months. One tooth that my old dentist said was fine got infected because of the new onlay and I had to get a root canal. The dentist at Ismile, unbeknowst to me, took out only part of the root, which the endodonist told me later. Root canal, part 2 was EXTREMELY painful. It didnt help that I was in horrible pain for about a month at that point because they wouldnt give me anything stronger than advil. This little adventure in dentistry cost me over $5,000. It probably would have been more if I didnt question the bill every time. Before these onlays, I had no pain or sensitivity in my teeth. Now, even a year after treatment, my teeth are still sensitive. I regret not getting a 2nd opinion. If I did, I probably wouldnt have a root canal or sensitive teeth right now. And guess what...the broken tooth I originally went to get fixed...its still broken! The dentist refused to fix it! Thats like going to a body shop to get a dent taken out of your car and getting a brand new engine that barely works and the dent is still there! I used to not be afraid of the dentist, but I am now! This experience scarred me for life!

I was referred to ISmile by my aunt after I told her I hated going to the dentist. I could not have been more happy with her recommendation. I was always scared to go to the dentist and neglected my teeth for longer than I should have. I am no longer scared and look forward to my regular cleanings with Kristen. Kristen is a great dental hygienist who truly cares about her patients. Dr. McDuffee actually calls and emails to check up on me to make sure everything is okay after dental procedures. The environment is clean and welcoming. I receive email reminders and text messages for upcoming appointments which is fantastic for my busy lifestyle. I never have to wait to be seen and I really appreciate the flexible hours for those who work 9-5pm, they are open later and even on Saturdays! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Every experience I have with ISmile is excellent. The staff is extremely accommodating and very helpful. Every time I go there the front desk always remember me by name and make me feel very welcome. I have never had any issues at all. They make sure of insurance coverages and if there is going to be any payment they cover that aspect thoroughly. Dr. McDuffie is excellent, very knowledgable and always answers all of my questions. It is a great place to get dental work done
