I will never do business with Aspen Dental. "Jason" the office guy is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. The dentist Dr. Park did nothing to make me feel confident in this establishment. I was given a dental plan that was $4,000. I was told by "Jason" that my insurance wouldnt authorize the extractions for 6 months, and that I would have to break the work up into 2 visits 6 months apart. The first visit didnt include the filling I needed (which is the reason I called them in the first place). He said they would do it on the second visit. Because the dentist would want to do the extractions and fillings together. So now "Jason" knows more about what I need than the dentist? And now Im supposed to wait 6 months to have a cavity fixed? On top of that I was given an invoice for the first of 2 visits of $1297 for extensive cleaning with my insurance covering $225. The patient responsibility was $1072. I asked "Jason" what percent my insurance covered and he replied 70%. I looked at him and said $225 is not 70% of $1297. He said he would have to call "IT" and see if there was an error. What does "IT" have to do with dental work? Right then I knew that this place was a bunch of scam artists trying to milk unsuspecting people from money they didnt need to spend. I cancelled my appointment and contacted Northeast Delta Dental (my insurance provider) and they verified that they would have paid 70% of the $1297.00 for the advanced cleaning. They recommended I contact the NH insurance commission to file a complaint, which I will do. I am sure they will be interested to see the invoice I was provided. I am also going to contact the ADA. I will also make sure everyone I know never sets foot in that awful excuse for a dental practice!

I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. I am an adult who has had braces for the past 2.5 years and I had recently gotten them off so I made an appointment for a cleaning. Every visit prior to this, the hygienist who cleans my teeth (Nancy) told me how great I do at keeping my teeth clean with braces and how I should teach others how to care for their teeth with braces and so on. This visit I saw the same woman and she had no clue I had had braces on (shouldnt that be in my file somewhere? I feel like thats important information.) She began with a shame spiral on how I have so many cavities and really need to take better care of my teeth. I explained my situation, she remembered and changed her tune slightly, but kept on with the guilt. Not to mention, my cleaning was actually really painful. Then when the dentist came in to consult, he was in the room for no more than a minute and also spent the whole time being negative. Guilt is not the way to get people to want to get regular cleanings or take care of their teeth. It has the opposite effect. I have always been neurotic about my teeth and cavities just happen with braces. I will be finding another dentist for future cleanings.

Dont ever go to this scam place. Went there because my temp filling broke. They did x ray and took me to another room and told me to wait for dental hygenist which i didnt ask for since i need only my tooth fixed then she comes and tells me i need some cleaning stupid plan for 5 month 2000 bucks seriosly????than dantist came and rold me i need 4 root canals done plus crowns and 7 feelings and total is (ready for this?) 25000$ just lil money cost of the car. If u want save ur time dont go there that place is scam! As another guy sad here in reviews they just try to fool you with bunch of lie. They should get reported. Ps while i was waiting for dentist to see me,heard in another room they tried to sell implants to older guy for 12000 bucks and his son is dentist himself so guy cane prepared for that scam. His was screaming on them for 14 min till they ran away (guy new that everything is ok with his teeth he just needed cleaning and his sons office was busy) scam scam scam!

Attention: Seniors of Seabrook. Seabrooks Aspen Dental is AWESOME! My husbands dentures broke in half. I pay over $800 a month for his meds alone..barely making it by. I cannot afford expensive dentures; who can living on just Social Secuirty. I read on line not to trust their $399 deal for dentures. NOT TRUE!!! THIS ASPEN DENTAL WAS KIND... CONSIDERATE... AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY FINANCIAL NEEDS. They sat down and talked to us about repairs for the broken denture as well as the cost of a new set.. IT DID NOT COST US A PENNY MORE THAN THEIR OFFER OF $399... ..UNLIKE SOME OF THOSE REVIEWS I READ ON LINE. OUR MANY THANKS GOES OUT TO MARY, THERESA, JORGE AND DR. KIM FOR THEIR SPEEDY WORK AND KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS PROCESS.. HUGS AND KISSES TO ALL OF THEM!!!! THANK YOU...

The Dr was great and did a fantastic job. The receptionist gave me an appointment the first day that appeared not to be available. After waiting 45 mins I was asked to leave and come back at 8am the next day. Though in the end it all worked out it was not a great first impression. Dr Kim and her assistant were great. The office needs a little more organization. The office attendant said she would call before my am apt and never did. I do believe I was overcharged. I had the same simple issue before at my regular dentist and at this location I was charged twice the amount and my previous dentist was not in the network. Though I liked the Dr and staff inside, the lack organization and over charging would stop me from returning.

The worst. Went in to have a tooth pulled because my dentist could not perform the procedure. They attempted to take X-rays that were not needed and then billed my $60 to look at my mouth for ten seconds, confirm I needed the tooth pulled and then made me wait over thirty minutes in a small room before I could go schedule an appointment. They did not bill me for this waste of a visit until much later. Had I known they would do this, I would have pulled the tooth out myself. Aspen did similarly to my wife a few years prior. Shame on me for not learning my lesson. Please learn from me and find a better place.

Excellent visit! The hygienist, Nancy, was so friendly and reassuring. I was very concerned about be unable to have my teeth cleaned for so long, I was sure it would be nothing but bad news. She spent time with me to educate me on how I could improve my oral health and told me I had done a good job considering how long I had been without care. I was very impressed with the entire staff and their helpfulness and getting me back on track. Dr. Kim,Jason and Megan were all able to give me direction and help with my financial concerns. I am a very satisfied customer!!
