If there was a minus this star I honestly would do it. My experience at this dentist office was a complete joke from the gate. Mind you I choose this place due to there wonderful reviews! I went here due to a really bad infected tooth with pain about a 8. They took me right in the incoming staff was nice to greet. The dentist, I believe the only one on board came in to see me and told me how bad my tooth was. $ 3,000. For crown when all said an done or have it extracted. I decided to have it extracted. He sent me on my way for over a week with no pain medication or antibiotics. The pain was so bad as well as the tooth I definitely should of went to the emergency room. I held off till the day of the extraction. I showed up in pain and the dentist in all honesty should of sent me to an oral surgeon. Someone more qualified than him. He yanked, cut and pulled my eyes were streaming tears. He snapped off with pulling and proceeded to break my perfectly healthy tooth beside the infected one. He fractured my bone and the " good" tooth was split in halve. I could tell he and the assistant was panicking as they were talking amongst themselves as to what just happened. The dentist showed me my tooth as he told me it was destroyed and now needed to be removed also! There was no saving the good tooth that never NEEDED to be removed. He than went on to tell me that he would set me up with partials for my bottom teeth on him. Not to worry that he would take care of this cost. I was a mess completely shook up that this just happened. After my broken bone heal I went in for impressions for my temporary partials. They came in and I had to have a few adjustments. I had made another appointment for my permanent partials. I went in two days ago for my apt and the girl at the counter called me up to tell me to look at a piece of paper before entering my apt. It was a bill for 1,795.00 for the bill of the partials final. I went on to tell her that I was specially told that due to his faulty HUGE mistake he specifically told me these were ALL on him. The girl went out back to speak with him, she came back out and said that he had wrote in his notes that only the temporary one was free of charge. And... The dentist couldnt even have the courage to come out to talk to me himself! I own and operate my own business for 8 years and I know not everyday is perfect but this place this so called dentist is an absolute joke! Never in my life will I recommend this place to another! I question how this man even got a degree. First and foremost this would of never happened if he would of refereed me over to a QUALIFIED oral surgeon. Im seriously telling you all beware!!! I took advantage of the mass mailing 3 color ad full of very white people with very big smiles. It was $59 for thorough cleaning with full mouth xrays. A great deal, a fine cleaning by the higienist and a thorough exam by the dentist who I believed owned the place. The fun ended there once the "closer" came on board better known as the financial adviser. Think car salesman. I did have a sensitive tooth which I thought was a cavity. It turns out it was not but I had an infection under the gum line which was causing sensitivity. I am a low income person and just wanted the problem looked at and fixed. I went in for a tune up and they wanted to rebuild the engine. Page after page of estimates I did not ask for. He wanted to drill out and replace all the old amalgam fillings out and replace them with composites and then crown most of my teeth. I go to an office for a cleaning every year and have an exam by a dentist. I have been to more than 10 dentists over the years and no one tried to fleece me like this place. They wanted me to sign all 5 pages one at a time with checks marks about how I would pay. Signing estimates 5 different times really? Maybe someone should have asked me what I was there for and what did I want from them. If I trusted the dentist it would be one thing but the heavy sell turned me off. What am to believe and not believe. There was nothing about this place believable. Yes it was all brand new including the dentist. Very high end office with state of the art equipment. Go for the $59 cleaning and xrays, hold onto your wallet and leave it at that. Go find a dentist you can trust and not just trying to line his pockets with cash. Yes dentists are expensive I know that but at least be concerned with helping me first.

I went to Family Dental of Seabrook because of the location and the hours. When I went for a cleaning and xrays, also I had to have a permanent bridge replaced that was broken. I was very pleased with the way everything went. The cleaning was excellent. The dentist came and talked to me about the bridge and explained everything to me completely. On my 2nd visit they did all the work of removing the broken bridge, taking the impressions for the new bridge and the temporary bridge. The whole time the dentist was doing this he kept asking if I was comfortable, if I needed anything and if at anytime I needed him to stop for any reason he would. I didnt feel any discomfort or pain from the Novocain to the end of the visit. I asked if they could have the permanent bridge ready for me before Thanksgiving and they said they can have it rushed for me. And I even got to watch TV which made the time go by faster. They explained to me the costs of everything before they started the work and I was satisfied at the costs I was given. I would 100% recommend going to Family Dental of Seabrook. This is the best dentist and dental office I have been to in years.

I took advantage of the $59 cleaning/ xray special. After 2 hrs i left with a bill for cavities, a wisdom tooth extraction and some sealants, total bill for work to be done is $1900. I decided to get a second opinion at a family dental practice in Amesbury, on Merrill st. She looked at my bill, xrays from Family Dental of Seabrook, disagreed with everything aside from a small cavity. After 45 minutes there, a cavity filled and $185 bucks later I was a happy man. Getting a second opinion is the best thing I ever did and saved myself 1700 bucks. Family Seabrook was nice and I liked the staff and cleaning, but will never go back again.

Best new dentist in New Hampshire! After more than 10 years since seeing my last dentist I knew I would be in for a rough consultation. Dr. Shah and his staff knew just how to treat me so that I would leave with the confidence that he would fix my smile. They use all the latest gadgets and technology in dentistry and the office feels has a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I am no longer anxious at all about seeing the dentist and would highly recommend Family Dental of Seabrook to all my friends and family. In fact, my mom has already been in for a free consultation! Try them and I promise you will not regret it.
