I called this office to schedule a simple cleaning appointment. I dont have insurance so I made sure to ask how much the appointment would be ahead of time and was told it would be $109. I even had my most recent x-rays sent to the office to make everything as easy as possible. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would really be $245 (cleaning, exam, x-rays) and they acted like they had no idea how I could have possibly been told that it would be $109. I ended up leaving after waiting around for several minutes only to be told they would bring it down to $200 without x-rays. I could have been making other arrangements to go to a place that is actually affordable! The office looks nice when you walk in but the staff seem as though they dont care what patients are told prior to appointments, as long as they keep coming through the door. I have now wasted my time and cannot get a cleaning appointment elsewhere (that is actually affordable) until September. Dental Nightmares is what this place should be called.

This Dental Office should be shut down. I look around and the girls look like slaves. All they care about is money. They dont care about patients or anything. They call at an obscene hour (8pm) and basically harass you if you dont answer the phone. They will keep calling and calling. They book way too many patients at once and take walk ins before the scheduled patients. They will make you wait for HOURS. The Dentists are even WORSE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a PROFESSIONAL Dental Office that knows how to take care of patients instead of treating them like dirt. GOODBYE DENTAL DREAMS!

I dont recommend going here. Everyone working here seems really unresponsive and inconsiderate. They arent thorough what so ever. It took them all of maybe 3 minutes to clean my teeth, I have never seen such a half ass job in my life. I waited for over an hour just for them to barely do a thing. Find a place that cares more about their patients and generally wants you to have good dental health

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANY DENTISTRY WORK DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not trained properly and I know many people whose teeth fell out. SERIOUSLY I wish I was kidding. I went to a crown professional after getting a crown here and he has to re-do all of the work. So sad. Save yourself the trouble and pay more somewhere else!!!!!
