This should be Zero stars. My 9yr old son broke his tooth on Friday. I called the day he broke it to see if they could take him in since his regular dentist could see him until Monday. The person on the phone told me you had Saturday hours and could get us in at 9:30 am. Great I took it. Went through the whole paper work, x-rays, and exam, only told I need I need to come back for a 2nd appointment to have the dentist fix my sons tooth. I was so pissed. I explained the situation when I called to make the appointment. I should have been told then, ut was going to take 2 visits or the possibility was there. I wanted his tooth fixed the same day. And not have him go all weekend with a broken tooth. Totally wasted my Friday afternoon when I could have been make other calls to get him seen elsewhere. Had to waste my Saturday morning, called to work I was gonna be late. Then had to call out all together, to try and find someone to help him. Not getting the tooth fixed until Tuesday. So thanks for nothing.

I love rhe swnrist he is the best when i went for my firat fit they fit ao perfect i wasnso pleased ecstatic suction was perfect i couldnt get them out. So of course i couldnt wait for my new smile that i had been waiting for to feel comfortable for over ten years. When i went for the final sign off they felt totally different no suction. I literally wanted to cry the guy in the back who speaks no English Fudgedd them so bas the dwntist teies to fixe thwm 2 times and they dont feel like they did my mouth is sore and its digging in my muscle or gums and i guess i am screwed.i fwelblike telling them start over i want them when i first came in.

I have never loved going to the dentist till now. The staff there are so friendly that it makes me feel comfortable and welcome. They are always so friendly and they helped me out when my old dentist screwed up my root canal. Last week I went to get a filling and Kaysha was the assistant. She was really nice and did everything to make sure that I wasnt nervous. Dr. Dental is the best dentist office I have ever been too. No other dentist office has such friendly staff and a very clean environment, plus the location is really accessible.

Amazing ! The Drs and Staff are great! The assistants are so polite, The girl with the accent up front is so friendly forgive me I forgot her name. Whatever you guys do dont ever let your staff breakup. Tess isnt your tyoical manager thats for sure always smiling. They all are........... This is honestly the most professional yet fun and comfortable office I have ever ben in. Hats off to you guys. My daughter has never wanted to go to the dentist until we started going to Dr Dental. Tatia always calls and texts to make sure we can make it, and says hi when we come in. Corey is so professional, always being prepared for every appointment and excited to see us. Kasha is always running around behind the scenes helping make sure Dr Jaine has every thing she needs to do her amazing work. Everyone makes us feel so comfortable, it doesnt feel like a typical dentist office. Thank you

I went in feeling extremely apprehensious having to have an extraction. This was caused by the dental clinic downtown that I had to walk out on because I felt EVERY part of the pulling process... At Dr. Dental however I didnt feel a thing. He walked me through every step. Made sure to do the procedure in the most pain free way possible and FAST too. Im extremely happy I went with them and will hopefully work with them in the future to get the best dental solution possible.

Iv had bad experience at dentists before I came to Dr.Dental here in new bedford,ma..Natessa the manager is just absolutely amazing she makes me laugh every time, I also love the fact that they do things for the kids on special occasion and also help when kids get scared I wouldnt go anywhere else..the first time I went there I had an amazing time and will refuse to go any where else..Thanks Dr Dental for being the very best.. Great customer service didnt have to wait I went right in I went in with the worst toothache in the world I left there feeling like a new person no pain no earache it was the best feeling went back a week later for x-rays and a dental plan to see how they were going to get everything fixed very happy with there services I recommend every one go there I been to dentist offices that are nasty dirty but no problem there love you guys see you soon

Very welcoming staff including the receptionists. Office was clean and dentist were friendly but didnt give me run around. They told me what i needed and they did it. I had a route canal done on my back molar and they took care of me. Pain was about a 4/10 only because of the sole fact I was getting a route canal. Other than that, the fillings were a breeze and my dentist knew her stuff. Thanks guys. -Happy Customer

I do not need to go into many words, to express how great this entire office is. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. I had dental work done by Dr. Patel. All I can say is that he is great in every way. He put all my fears to rest. His assistant was friendly, and very caring. Anyone who has another dentist, should consider switching to this office. They are all the greatest.

i dont typically enjoy the dentist but tassia made me extremely comfortable and relaxed. corey made sure things went smooth and kept me company and provided answers to all my questions.... my first procedure was an extraction and it went marvelous, i recommend this office to anyone- the staff as well as the doctors and treatment are spectacular... i am thoroughly satisfied and impresssed

Nice office personnel, low wait time. New so you get right in. Dentist is new to the office but seems nice. Lots of turnover with staff there. I started with one dentist then for the same procedure ended up with a different dentist. The assistant was brand new and got stuff all over my face while doing my impressions, but politely apologized and cleaned me up.

I just recently had an extraction done and I was terrified to have it done. Luckily, I had Dr. Patel who was a great dentist and knew just what he was doing. I felt absolutely no pain at all thru the whole process. I would recommend him to anybody who needs an extraction you wont regret it!

I had My First Dental Visit, Here, Today.... I Am SO PLEASED !!!!! They were EXCELLENT !!!! Dental Assistants were GREAT AND The Dentist was AMAZING !!!! First Time leaving the Dentist, WITH A FEELING OF HOPE AND FAITH, They Are Taking GREAT CARE OF ME.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!
