I highly recommend Doctor Serge Orlov of Fresh Pond Dental if you are looking for a dentist in the Watertown, Belmont, and Cambridge area. He practices General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and he specializes in the more difficult dental cases. In my case, I had extractions, implants, bridge work, and crowns-- and all this work was performed exceptionally well. In addition, you will find all of his supporting staff to be very helpful and very friendly. All in all, I am very happy with my experience with him and with his office.

The receptionist was so rude, its unfortunate because the dental service is great. I have left this place twice not understanding what this horrible woman just put me through. She was texting and on the phone while serving me and very very unpleasant. I will probably never go back because of her. I had my invisalign done there and unfortunately I have to seek buisness elsewhere.

Ive been going there for almost 2 years and I would definitely recommend this place! Very attentive and friendly staff, I really like the dentist, she is very professional and always takes time to explain things to me. I never had issues with scheduling appointment, they are open on Saturdays, and Saturdays are only days I can actually make it to any appointments!

I havent even gotten dental work done and i can already tell you the receptionist is RUDE! I called in asking if they were accepting new patients and she laughs in a snarky way replying " of course we are." as if thats something obvious.
