The best and friendliest dental office Ive been to. Ive been to a couple of dental offices in Malden because of a toothache. One was trying to upsell me multiple services pressuring me with "youll lose all your teeth if you dont do this" and another "you can go to tufts medical and come back if you want" meaning they didnt really care about service. They were really strong about getting a new credit card for dental service, which I didnt really wanted to do. I tried going for 6 months of toothache pain but one night kept me awake. So I decided to give a call here and was greeted with a warm welcome. I explained about my toothache and possible root canal procedure and Alla (I believe) assured me she and the team will make sure I get that taken care of. Expecting I would be scheduled in the next two weeks, I was surprised to hear to be able to come in three four hours later right after work. Alla greeted me with a familiar voice and remember my name. Most people forget my name so I knew this office really care about their patients. Dr. Saif Al-Janabi (I believe) comes in greeting with a big smile and manner feeling like we were college buddies, which was nice since most dentist experiences tend to be depressing and nerve wrecking. He ran tests along with his assistant and determined I needed root canal because of cavities lodged between two tooths. Alla comes in and works with me through the financials allowing me to pay for the procedure that I needed. Again, I expected to have the procedure in a month or so. Dr. Saif Al-Janabi comes in five minutes later ready to go with his assistant. I liked that he knew I was still feeling the procedure a bit just by looking at my face and asking if I was still feeling it. He made sure I was numb before continuing. The procedure was painless. The procedure will be finalized in two weeks. He did what he needed to make sure the pain went away and it did. I felt happier that I didnt have to worry about my toothache. Overall, the entire experience was pleasant. I enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming back as a regular patient. I told my friends and co-workers about this location and they seem interested in coming here.

السلام عليكم... كل التقدير و الأحترام للدكتور سيف و الدكتور زيد و للطاقم الإداري. مع أحترامي لكل عيادات الأسنان الموجوده في بوسطن, لم أجد أحترافية في التعامل و جودة العمل و المرونه في حجز المواعيد إلا في عيادة صحارى و من جهة أخرى أود شكر الدكتور عمر على رحابة صدره و أتمنى له مستقبل مشرق بأذن الله. كطالب ماجستير و وجود ضغط في الجدول الدراسي لا أستطيع حجز المواعيد الإ يوم في يوم الأحد. و قد قام الدكتور سيف بإلغاء مواعيده الخاصه لكي يقوم بعلاجي في هذا اليوم..... شكرا جزيلآ دكتور سيف... د.سيف, د. زيد كم أنا فخور بكم كشباب من الوطن العربي أراد أثبات بأنه لا يوجد مستحيل و أثبات بأن جودة و مصداقية العمل لا يتصف بها الدول المتقدمه فقط!!! بل نستطيع نحن كعرب فعل ذلك أيظآ

With all due respect to all the dentists out there, Ive never seen anyone talented, respectful, and passionate about dentistry like Dr. Naji and Dr. Bender. Theyve created their own legacy, tradition, and culture in the dental field in the Boston area. Theres nothing like Sahara Dental Center. The entire staff is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, super kind and funny. The office is extremely clean, and the best part is they offer appointments 7 days a week so that will make you life so much easier. Very affordable, and I highly recommend them! Thanks so much for taking such a good care of me!!!!!! אין כמו מרכז סאהרה לרפואת שיניים. הצוות כולו מקצועי מאוד, אדיב, עם ידע רב וניסיון, סופר אדיב ומצחיק. המשרד נקי מאוד, והחלק הטוב ביותר זה שהם עובדים 7 ימים בשבוע כך יככה שזה עושה חיים קלים יותר. המחירים ממש נוחים ואני בהחלט ימליץ עליהם לכולם!!!!

Sahara Dental shines in the landscape of dental healthcare in Brookline. From the very first contact with the receptionist, through the entire staff, to Dr. Al-Bender himself – one is always engaged with genuine warmth, and put at ease. After having had a negative experience elsewhere, Sahara was recommended; and it quickly became clear I was in the right place. Dr. Al-Bender conveys Integrity, a sense that one’s well-being is the entire team’s concern, and indeed the cornerstone of their business. Dr. Al-Bender has always been patient with my questions and attentive to my concerns. I appreciate that he explains things while pointing to my X-Rays projected onto the patient monitor. On the occasion that I’ve required specialist treatment elsewhere, he saw me through some red tape, and initiated contact with the specialist clinic to ensure the best possible outcome. People oriented, thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout, this practice is sure to make its mark in the local community and beyond. Two thumbs up!

السلام عليكم كل الشكر والاحترام والتقدير للدكتور زيد على ما قدمه لنا من خدمه استثنائية ، فقد كان صديقي ( محمد الجوهري ) يعاني من ألم شديد جداً في ( سن العقل ) يكاد لا يستطيع النوم ، في الموعد الاول تم إعطاؤه بعض الأدوية لتخفيف الإلتهاب وفي الموعد الثاني تم خلعه ، والحمد لله لم يحس بألم وعلاوة على ذلك تتميز العيادة بالهدوء النفسي وعدم التوتر . شكراً مرة اخرى دكتور زيد شكراً للطاقم الطبي والاداري

This place is great! The best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I had an emergency and was in pain, I didnt have an appointment but they squeezed me in for X-rays and a quick diagnostic with only about a 10 minute wait. The dentist was SO nice, understanding, accommodating and genuine. The site is small but the hearts of the staff are definitely not! The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Everyone was super nice. The dentist showed me my X-rays and explained everything to me in detail. Together we came up with a plan of treatment that was best for me. I have yet to go back to have the actual dental work done but for once I dont dread having to go back to the dentist! I have no doubt my next experience will be just as great. Recommend this place 100% if you have a dental emergency and/or if youre someone who doesnt enjoy going to the dentist. Theyre great!

Amazing service, affordable, flexible, and work with you to solve your pain and not empty your pocket.
