My husband is a patient & called to make an appointment for me on Monday 09/12/16. I have been suffering since last Wednesday with severe pain in my lower back unable to walk, sit, stand, lay down without excruciating pain. The lady told my husband that Dr Caprile would not see me until Friday! This should be considered emergency care. I am missing work all week; its getting worse. I can not believe that they would not fit me in. The insurance company needs to know about their lack of compassion. Unfortunately he is the closest on our insurance plan, to our home in CT. I would give NO stars if I could. Now my back is worse and so bad, I would not be able to even get into our car. I could have and should have been helped sooner and would have been feeling better by now.
