I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Li, and how happy I am that she is my physician. I have a chronic illness with many secondary complications, so I have more office visits than the average patient. She has always been so kind and thorough with all of my medical needs. She explains things very clearly and follows up more than any other physician Ive ever had. English is not her first language, as another reviewer mentioned, but I have never had any difficulty understanding what she was saying. She comes across to me as an extraordinarily intelligent and committed physician. I moved away from the Cape more than a year ago, and she is still my Primary Care Physician as I know what a difficult and time consuming task it is to find another PCP that I might trust as much, and it very well might be impossible to do so. Dr. Lis nurses, Jennifer and Rafaela are also very dedicated, kind and on occasion have been very funny when humor was needed most. They have made some seriously stressful times much more tolerable, and I will always be thankful to all of them.

I was on vacation in cape cod with a hacking persistent cough and it was causing a bunch of problems, so I called them and they took me right away. However, the care there isnt very good. I was diagnosed with pleurisy after they did a chest X-ray and listened to my breathing, but I did not have pleurisy. I went to my primary care doctor when I got back from vacation and was diagnosed with bronchitis and whopping cough. The nurses there didnt really explain to me anything and the X-ray technician was just a little rude towards me. They prescribed me me an inhaler and steroid, which fortunatly is one of the same treatments for what I had.

My daughter came to the center with symptoms worthy of further investigation and left without diagnosis or recommendation for further tests. She was also given a test that did not relate to her symptoms for which we were charged! $158 later, she is still in pain and has to visit another doctor. This center and the doctor who works there did nothing for her. Way to make a living! From my daughters description, the receptionist was cold and she received the "bums rush" on the way out! I recommend you go to another center for treatment, those of you on Long Pond Drive! It will be worth the inconvenience of the longer drive!

2 Doctors are anti-Lyme in sentiment and avoid any treatment for it until...as in one case in particular a trip to the emergency room because of an initial flare-up of cured Lyme; the word is that visits are limited to 15 minutes or less or the physician gets in trouble; and then theres the story about one primary care doctor had no clue of a patients records. One doctor allowed patients family to dictate treatment, labs and so forth, because doc didnt know what to do. And, is there more? There should be, from what Ive heard from others about the facility and its physicians.

I have always found Fontaine Medical Center to be a friendly, helpful place. If I had to list a negative itd be that theyre simply too popular; scheduling and rescheduling appointments usually must be done weeks, even months, in advance except in the case of an emergency. I suppose that means theyre a successful practice, but it is disheartening at times to not be able to get an appointment anytime soon or to arrive for an appointment and find that theyre behind schedule. Outside of that, Ive always found visits there to be as stress-free as they could possibly be.

Terribly rude doctors and nurses at the primary care section.. Im 23 years old and NONE of the drs should treat or have young ppl as patience. My doctor Dr. Li Li was not supportive and prefered to have very little communication, same goes for her nurses and staff at the front desk.. They never greeted me or anyone else with a smile or hello, they ALWAYS would talk down to me and treat me as a "customer" rather than a "patient" not to mention the dramatic LANGUAGE BARIER causing me to fire Li Li because her lack of compassion and treatment never going there again.

Wonderful! I had not been there in many years and was amazed by the state of the art remodel. I hardly waited 10 min before seeing a very nice nurse about my bronchitis. Dr. Rodriguez was great. The prescriptions he ordered were filled quickly at the on site pharmacy. The pharmacist was kind enough to take the time to assemble the inhaler and show me how to use it properly. Im very grateful to Raymond Fontaine and his family for this huge contribution to benefit the health and wellness of Cape Codders & seasonal visitors. Thanks Ray!

As a seasonal resident, our family has used Fontaine Medical Center many times and we have always found the staff responsive, helpful, professional and very responsible in either treating us or sending us to the right specialist ASAP. We are very lucky to have this resource available seven days a week. Far superior than going to an ER.

Excellent. Everything was handled professionally - the introductory/insurance information gathering, the nurse who collected my medical history, and the doctor visit. The center is clean, easy to find from the highway and parking was available. I left the center feeling all my questions were answered.

Dr. Henin diagnosed me with tendonitis. When it didnt resolve, I saw a podiatrist who said there was no tendon in that area, and I had something else! Prolonged pain from misdiagnoses. Dr. Henin never even touched me, barely walked all the way into the room. I have not paid the bill, and dont intend to.

Been there 5 times for same issue. No one seems to concerned about my cronic issue. Referral here. Referral there. When do Doctors show up and take notice to the patient. Not just another appointment. Very unhappy and still in pain.

HI. I have gone to Fontaine Medical, as well as my whole family, rarely have we had any problem with their care. From time to time, we had to wait for an appointment, but their care has been outstanding.

My mom stepped on a rock/razor clam shell at the bay and Fontaine had her in a room as soon as we arrived there. The doctor was funny, positive and attentive. Great care and good people!
