What I have had completed there: Cleaning, Cavity and replace metal fillings and wisdom teeth removed Overall; very pleasent atmosphere, friendly staff and capabilities on site (3d imensional porciline cap cutter). Waiting room; I pads for play while waiting and CNN on the TV. Great kids room off to the side with lots of toys for entertaining the young ones. Water in a fridge and a coffee espresso machine...but who wants to drink espresso prior to having their teeth cleaned? Receptionists are many and quick to help/check you in Procedural chairs: Comfortable with a flatscreen in front of you to watch CNN (or the pics of your teeth they are taking) Procedure: They may use an ultrasonic water pic for cleaning if your gums are healthy and there is significant build-up. Otherwise they go with the pick. They want to make sure it is a painless as can possibly be Payment: They have financial consultant to help you maximize your insurance benefit and may suggest putting something off that is not urgent if it will put you over the top of your yearly benefit. Intangibles: I have had to call 2X for emergency needs. They got me in both times within 4 hours

Love the people and love the place! I recently moved in to Marlborough and I have to say that I was amazed when I walked in for my first appointment at this place. Ipads keep you busy while you wait at the very professional and updated lounge sipping your favourite beverage -complimentary of course! My appointments with the dentists and dental hygienist have always been pleasant. They seriously make an effort to make you comfortable while they are at their jobs. My cleanings with Trisha have been pleasant experiences and I have on all ocassions walked away with a goody bag of teeth-friendly items. What I found very helpful in making decisions about what I wanted done, was the fact that they actually have a person dedicated to work up the financials of your coverage details and that gives you precise idea of what your out-of-pocket expenses will be for the year. They also have payments by installments available by arrangement. All in all a great place with a great set of people. Gives the phrase "dentists chair" a new meaning!

I was having a bad tooth pain for 3 days and since my dentists office is about 1hr away from me i decided to call New England dental group to book an emergency apointment and they were able to see me the same day and unfortunately my tooth had to come out. I had good experience with them. The staff were incredible from the front desk to the staff in the back(dr panajoti and her assistant christine were amazing and i felt so comfortable) . I had to take my son with me due to no babysitter and they were so nice with him as well. They offer him an ipad to play and not to mention the section of water, coffee and apples they offer to pt which was very nice to see something like this on a dentist office. Im really considering going back to this office and become a patient. Thank you again New England group.

Ive visited both the Southborough and Marlborough NEDG practices - what fantastic service! For the first time, dentists who actually educate you about your teeth and how to properly take care of them. The New England Dental Group took great care of me; I learnt a lot and actually enjoyed the experience; my visits to other dentists have always been painful - not this time! In particular, I thought it was great that both Tricia and Tiffany, hygenists at NEDG, explained each step of the cleaning process, and why each technique was used. Despite being a physician, there was a lot regarding dental health that I didnt know about until my visits, especially the effects of dental health on systemic health. Ill definitely be coming back, and have already recommended NEDG to my friends.

Ive been going here for about 10 years now. I absolutly love it here. The staff is so nice, very friendly and willing to help you with any problems, they listen to you and do what ever it take to make you satisfied. I have come here for cleanings, routine x-rays and check ups, fill in cavities, and i got invisilign here, which they followed me step by step through the whole process. They did a great job fixing the spacings in my teeth, i couldnt be happier. I like how you get text alerts reminding you of up coming appointments. Also when you walk in they seem to know you by name just by your face making it easy to sign in. I am very comfortable coming here and dont plan on ever switching dentists.

I highly recommend New England Dental! As a first time patient, my dentist Dr. P. and her associates went out of their way to welcome me and accommodate my special concerns, and did so with great professionalism, patience and understanding. The entire staff at N.E. Dental are highly knowledgable about their dental specialities. The office is outfitted with the latest/modern equipment and facilites, and the space is very clean, bright and cheerful. Im very grateful to Dr. P. and the staff at N.E. Dental for the very special attention and care I received. Im sure I would not have received the same level of accomodation from most dental practices. I now hope to stay with N.E. Dental for good!

Ive been going to NEDG since 2006 and theyve always been very thorough and concerned about your health. They have the latest in dental technology from ultrasonic cleaners that use water to clean your teeth to the CEREC machine that makes perfect fillings or crowns all in one session. Dr Kim is just as good as Dr Daci was and always explains everything while taking the time to answer questions. You can tell that the whole staff are "perfectionists" and will take the time to smooth out a sharp edge on an old filling or even redo a ceramic crown because the fit wasnt just right for no extra charge. That is called "doing it right" when other dentists wouldve just let it slide...

I had an emergency tooth ache and could not find a dentist willing to take me in the last minute. I came across New England Dental Group through Google. When my wife and I called and told the pleasant receptionist of the situation, I was able to see a dentist the next day. When we arrived, the service was so excellent and modern that we decided to make them our permanent dentist. We like it her so much that we travel from Boston. It takes us almost 1.5 hours to get there, but is well worth it. This place deserves more than five stars and I highly recommend anyone to go to New England Dental Group in Marlboro. They are fantastic in everything they do.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been too! I was reading all of these reviews and wondered if they were written by the staff in the office to help them stay open. You should visit YELP if you want to see more honest reviews. This dental office overcharges considerably! I was told I needed several crowns and other services that I did not need. There dental cleaning cost more then my dental insurance covered. Of course they sent me the rest of the bill. You are paying for there fancy office with IPADS and flat screen televisions not dental care. I got a second opinion. This place is dishonest and profit driven. Stay Away!!!
