Its like going into an assembly line... similar to an inner city emergency room. The lady dentist was nice enough but still unfocused, the asian dentist in charge...never greated me or smiled once. .he was rushed and didnt take any pride in his work. They had a girl training on staff at the time that agreed this wasnt a place she felt comfortable in. My bill came to 345 $ (I almost fell out of my chair).. bc they had tried selling me a tooth brush for 250$..I politely declined....They even scheduled a follow up apointment then tried changing the appointment time and date several times. I couldnt change due to my work schedule. So finally on the day of my appointment they just deleted my appointment with no warning. And all they did was play ignorant and asked if Id like to come in on another date (which they already tried rescheduling me for) This is a shopping mall dentist office dont expect any common courtesy or to be treated like a human. Find a better family dentist. This dentist office is only for the desperate or lower class.

I went online to set up an appointment for a cleaning for my first visit at Aspen. Everything went smooth till I arrived at Aspen for my cleaning. I was brought in and told that the first visit they only do X-rays and the exam,that I need to reschedule another appointment for a cleaning. I was told that it would be awhile for an appointment after 5 as I work monday thru friday. I was told that someone would call me to try and get me in sooner. A message was left on my phone telling me to call back which I did and they were closed. I still have not received a return call. A little disappointing!!!

I finally found the perfect dentist office for me. I have never had someone give you the royal treatment when you first come in. i.e. Xrays, Cleaning, and then a review of everything I need. The price on this review is what you pay. This team is the greatest!! Believe me, I have been to a few others and they dont know how to be as professional as this location. I want to applaud them all for a great job!! Hoping all of you have a Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!!

I hated going to the dentist growing up and avoided it at all costs. After not going for about 10 years, I finally decided to go and I chose to go to Aspen dental in Johnston, RI. The staff there is amazing!!! From the doctors, to the hygienist, the dental assistance and secretaries, I have never been happier. I look forward to going to dentist now and I cant thank Aspen dental of Johnston enough. Keep up the good work, youre all awesome!

Was all good until a months later I started getting collection notices about my xrays. They told me the insurance would cover but apparently they dont actually check that before they tell you. Now they are seeking $150 from me when I never would have done the xrays if I knew I had to wait for my insurance to cycle. Just canceled my next appointment with them, wont be going back.

Very pleasant staff. No that long wait in waiting room or in chair. Soon as sat down dr talked and looked at tooth and xrays then gave me shot and was back in 10 minutes to pull. In and out in less than 45minutes. Doctor was expedient and treated me like he would treat his child. Will definitely be going there for all dental needs if at all possible.

Going to the dentist never ranked high on the "fun" list, but the Aspen crew in Johnston do their utmost to make the experience as swift and painless as possible. Their cheerful, caring attitudes go a long way toward making me glad to set up my next appointment...and to keep me on track about taking care of my teeth!

Always a pleasure to visit this office. Staff is friendly and professional. Appointments run on time and any questions are answered completely. I am so glad I chose this office. I have had NO problems with any of the dental work completed. I would recommend this practice to any and all.

Highly recommend this office, the Dentists and the staff are outstanding!! I was in pain from an abscess and they accommodated me without an appointment the same day. Professional, courteous, caring, and knowledgeable. Definitely my choice for Dental !!

Very clean office. Staff was polite and thorough. I went in with severe pain from a decayed tooth and he was about to extract it that day, right away. 20 minutes later and my tooth was out. Very friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain. They scheduled me right away and pulled my tooth. I dont have insurance and they were the Cheapest dentist around. Great service and affordable. Thank you.

Great staff all around! Meghan is the best hygienist. Always great conversation and makes my trip to the dentist a pleasurable one. The dentist are always courteous and good at what they do. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

They are fast to grab your cash, but they over book appointments. My time is valuable and sitting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time is totally unacceptable. Doctors are nice but hygienist are never on time.
