Will not be back there. Doctor himself was very knowledgable and helpful, but not the staff. First i was sent to Worcester location instead of shrewsbury, which was not really convenient for me . Second the reception staff seems busy with themselves but not with customer. I was given contacts in the case with solution, instead of sealed package, really ?? this is not what i experienced before with other doctors offices. i am not dumb to not know where is my left or right eye, plus i am living with astigmatism long enough to know how to care about my eyes. At least i deserved an explanation of what she was going to do with the sealed contacts, but i guess she knows better. I specifically told them that i am going to order my contacts online after trial ones, and obviously i needed the package to order them. Now i need to drive back there to get the prescription so that i am able to do the purchase. Plus i have fairly new contacts which i was already wearing, thanks to the receptionist , i need to throw it out . Very disappointed.

This was my first visit to Forgues Eyecare Specialists. I saw Dr. Mark Forgues. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. Dr. Forgues gave my a patiently conducted and very thorough examination using state-of-the-art equipment. The optician was equally patient and thorough. My visit was an excellent experience. My wife has been going to Forgues for several years and her eye care has been excellent. We highly recommend this eye care practice.
