I dont know if I just went on a bad day, but my first experience there was absolutely horrible. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes, with absolutely no communication from the staff there that they were running significantly behind. The staff was all huddled in a back romm, paying no attention to those of us still waiting in the waiting room. I had to actually walk back there to find out what was going on. I ended up walking out. Absolutely no respect for my time (that I took off work). Had they of honestly communicated, or communicated at all about the wait, it would of been more tolerable. But to feel ignored for almost an hour and a half? Unacceptable.

not too big on David himself , but the lady doctor , is terrific with me and my kids! Altough I must say the lab theyve been using messed up the rx a few times and the ofice gave me wrong info on my glasses , but it was quickly fixed by Karen :) overall , its gonna stay my family eye care place . This was the only place to figure out finally that my eyes dont match up and i needed prisms in the lens.

They got me in quickly, were very professional, and helped my eyes feel a lot better. They are very friendly, and look for ways to help you save money. Ill definitely go back.
