The optometrist that I saw was friendly enough, but she didnt provide personalized care. In fact, I watched her see 4 different patients in the hour that I was there and she said the exact same thing to each and every person. Its clear that shes just going through the motions, which I suppose is fine as long as the patients walk out with better vision. The contact lens fitter (a different person) was far less friendly than the optometrist. She didnt seem to be "going through the motions" as much, but she also didnt seem very competent. Ive been back for various lens fittings (four times now) and my vision is still not clear. She hasnt been able to answer any of my questions directly and seems to have a different excuse each time. Im so tired of it now, that Ive decided to settle for poor vision and try to find another place in the next few weeks. Ill have to pay out of pocket again, but I think its worth it. I dont have time to take off of work for multiple visits like this, particularly for these "professionals" to guess and then guess again. Their guesses arent even getting better.

Ive had horrible experiences with ophthalmologists to begin with. I originally wanted to go because of the machine they advertised on tv. Well, they didnt have it. BUT I did see Dr. Peter Staiger and he took amazing care of me. He explained what he wanted from me and carefully gave me the prescription I needed. He even took the time to take me into the hall and test out the prescription "in real life" to make sure it was something that worked well for me. He also took care of my sister who was originally given a totally wrong prescription pair of glasses from a previous doctor. She also is very happy with the set he has now given her. He is a wonderful doctor and I will be recommending him to anyone who asks and I will be seeing him again. The store was extremely busy the day we went so we didnt get glasses from this store. We also didnt like the options they had there. The store in Buckland has a better array of choices when it comes to actual frames. The girl at the doctor desk was very monotone but she was helpful when it came to explaining the insurance procedures for my insurance.

Set up an appointment online. Got the confirmation email and text for 2:30. I was in the store by 2:10 checking out glasses. Checked in at the desk at 2:20 and was told "No, you were supposed to be here for 2:00." I showed them the confirmation email from their office that said 2:30. They werent apologetic at all - and said they couldnt help me until 3:15 and even then Id have to be squeezed in. This store isnt in a mall, its stand alone and it was snowing out. I said no, my appointment was for 2:30. What should I do for 45 minutes? I also wondered, if they couldnt keep a schedule straight, how would they keep my records straight. Two years ago they ordered me contacts, and all but one box came in. It took another month to get the one box. I left.

Well, I usually have a really good experience here with the employees coming up to me as I look for glasses and offer to help me out with deciding. Unfortunately, this recent time, no one even gave me a glance. It wasnt that busy either. But, there I stood looking for glasses for 45 minutes because I just couldnt find the right ones to fit my face shape. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but I always go in there excited for the really impressive customer service they usually give.

My vision insurance called this office six times and the individuals continued to hang up or refuse there phone calls. Its a matter of you releasing my vision benefit since I no longer own the glasses. I returned both pairs of glasses two weeks ago and I was informed by your staff that the benefit would have been returned within 48hrs. Im stilling waiting for you to reverse it.

The employees here are very friendly. I love coming here to purchase glasses because the process is so easy and goes smoothly. The employees at the doctors office are also very nice. I am always seen on time and they are very friendly. I have never had an issue with this location. It is always a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Went in with my girlfriend and my two brothers and they could not have messed it up anymore than they did. Had an appointment for 3 did not get helped out until 345. They gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts and my glasses were backwards
