I dont like to write negative reviews, but I want to share my experience with others so that they can make an informed decision. I would not recommend this optometrist based on my experience. While everyone in the office was professional and courteous, I spent a lot of money on a new pair of glasses that did not work, even after a correction. I went elsewhere, and was told that I did not need any lenses. In summary, Dr. Warren gave me a prescription for night driving, but the glasses were unusable because it made everything extremely blurry, much worse than without any lenses. I took them back, and he performed another exam and "tweaked" the prescription. The second pair did not work either. Upon recommendations from multiple friends , I went to another optometrist in West Lebanon, and had a great experience. After an exam, the doctor said that I actually needed No prescription for night driving, and furthermore, the glasses that I was given at Mascoma Eyecare definitely would not help me, because one eye was for an astigmatism, which I dont have, and the other eye was to correct farsightedness, which I did not need. I was happy to have clarity, but it wont give me my money back (>$130) for the lenses which I also paid extra for to get the anti-glare coating because they were supposed to be for night driving. So again, I want to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision.

The ladies in the front office are amazing to work with and Dr. Warren has been wonderful over the years. We have been using Mascoma Eyecare exclusively for about 10 years now and have always received exceptional service and quality care. I would highly recommend this office and staff.

Dr. Warren is great! He took the time to get my prescription right and was the first optometrist to realize that I needed prism lenses for night vision. Also, he didnt push his own frames or contacts and even suggested I look online for glasses. Great guy, great doctor!
