I highly recommend Scituate Harbor Vision Source to anyone who is searching for an eye doctor. Dr. Crooker is extremely intelligent and up to date on the latest technology and medical practices in the field, and her warm and unpretentious demeanor immediately puts patients at ease. I was especially impressed with the amount of time she spent patiently explaining every diagnostic test and answering all of my questions -- and the technology in this office is truly state of the art! I am not someone who frequently writes reviews online, but I felt that I needed to share my positive experience with others. The entire team truly understands great customer service, from the front desk to the technicians and doctors. Choosing a doctor is one of the most important decisions a parent makes, and I can say with absolute confidence that I have found a doctor who I trust with my familys care.

All of my experiences at the office and with the staff have been excellent. Each time I have had an appointment, I have spent less than five minutes in the waiting room. I have always received excellent care from the staff and Dr. Crooker. Dr. Crooker allotted plenty of time for my eye exam to give full attention to determining my prescriptions for my contacts and glasses, discussing contact lens options with me, and examining the health of my eyes and checking for any potential problems. I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure the contacts I selected really worked well for me.

My entire family has been coming to Dr. Price and Associates for many years. I recently brought my Mom (91) in for her check up. The staff is patient and kind to her. We are off to a new adventure having her cataracts removed. Dr. Jessica Crooker did the exam and spent time with us explaining the options, recommending doctors that she likes to work with and really explaining the entire process from start to finish. We left feeling very good about this eye surgery. Mom has a hard time hearing and sometime understanding and all her questions were addressed with such care. Thank you.

My wife and her family have been going to Dr. Price for years and always had good things to say about him and his staff. I had a situation that I needed to have looked at right away and called for the earliest openning. After a short discussion with the receptionist I was told to come right in. I proceeded to have the best and most in depth exam ever-by a lot! Dr. Price was reassuring and right on with his diagnosis. I have found my new opthalmologist and strongly recommend him .

I get very anxious with my eyes and I had an issue that made me very worried. Dr. Crooker went out of her way to call me and walk me through what was happening. At the office visit, she tells you everything she is doing and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I have so much confidence in her that I no longer worry about any issues with my eyes. I, along with my family of 6 will never see anybody but Dr. Crooker! She is the best!

Jim at Vision Source is the perfect optician. He took one look at me and chose the perfect frame. He stepped away and gave me time to explore my own options without rushing, pushing or getting impatient. After an hour of trying on frames, I returned to the original frame Jim suggested. He told me that I could now feel confident in my choice. I also feel confident that Jim will stand behind his products.

Yesterday, I had a scary experience with my eyes and immediately drove to the Vision Source office. I was seen within 10 minutes by Dr. Chan who could not have been better. I went into the office thinking that I might lose sight in my eye and left an hour later realizing that I was OK. Dr. Chan is wonderful!!!!

Highly professional, very friendly! Its also fun to experience the latest in eye technology. Dr. Price educates as well as examines. In the 15 years that Ive been going there, I have only had to wait once, and they were most apologetic about it. I recommend them to everyone.
