Neil was clueless about the procedures he was performing whenever I asked about them. When I asked how the ultrasound treatment worked, he straight up told me, "I should probably know the answer to that." Instead, he gave me information about how ultrasound is the superior alternative to towel heating, because the towel is strictly superficial, whereas the ultrasound penetrates deep inside the tissue. The very next session I had with him, you know what he had me do? Towel heating. Half the time I had appointments with him hed have me work with an assistant instead of himself.

I currently go here due to a previous knee injury. From the moment you walk in and go to the front desk to the end of my appointment all of my needs were met. I have been to two other physical therapy centers and have never experienced a physical theoripist who really care about each patient even if it is the patient that they are not assigned to.

Been going here about 9yrs.Highly recommend this place.My therapist Neil is very friendly and professional.Cant say enough about the staff.The receptionist Margherite & Susan are great.They treat you like family.
