I will write a review for this place where ever I can, so noone ever goes there. My appointment was at 1:30 I sat in the waiting room until 2:30 finally I looked at the desk girl with a look and she went to get someone. I waited about 10 more min. Finally when I got called they brought me to a cubicle that was open for everyone who walks by to see you. It was like office sectionals wich I did not like. The assistant did not seem like she knew what she was doing. She took a set of xrays and then I waited for another half hour not knowing what was going on. She then came and said she needed another set of xrays. So I then waited about 20 mins more, when another assistant came in and said that she needed another set of xrays, By now Im getting upset, because not only am I waiting but I dont know how much longer and what was happening, and as Im waiting in the next cubicle at least three assistants are braiding each others hair and talking about their plans for the weekend laughing and haveing a good ol time. Very unprofessional. So after waiting for the last set of xrays the dentist comes in and ask me what my visit is for, wich I had already explained this to the assistant and on the forms I filled out prior. I basicly told him what needed to be done rather than him telling me. So he starts to clean my teeth with the electric gizmo that they use, and he drops it right on my teeth, Im surprised he didnt break or chip my teeth thats how hard it fell. He said "oops" "r u ok" I wanted to scream by then. Ok so finally that is done. He gives me my paperwork and tells me to make another appointment,wich I would have been nuts if i actually did make another one. So I go to the reception area and the girl is haveing a conversation not work related to another girl behind the desk. While the assistant is waiting for her to take my paper work. Finally the assistant put the paper work on the keyboard to the desk girls computer. And because she did that the desk girl snapped at the assistant and told her not to do that again. Then mind you there is noone in the waiting area I was the only person and she told me to have a seat that it would be a few minutes. This is where I had enough it was 4:45 by now and I said forget it I dont need the appointment. As I was walking out the desk girl yelled sarcasticly "HAVE A GOOD DAY". I will never go back their again and I will tell everybody I know not to go there either.

Worst place ever will not be going back Had a wisdom tooth pulled out the guy was so rough he kept on digging in my tooth so hard like he was digging for Gold smh and he injected me with a needle a few times that hurt like crazy and it still did not get numb I literral felt the tooth had been yanked.off my gums.he Said..because my tooth is infected the medaciNE did not work..are you serious!!..what an awful experience..I will never ever get any thing removed in this place...beware please dont come to the this dentist.

today, 10/3/16, i walked into dental dreams at noontime. two days ago a back tooth broke. i didnt wait long after i told the receptionist my problem. the assistants comfort me and took my x-rays before the dentist extracted my tooth that couldnt be saved. they were all courteous and professional. i see all these negative testimonials and feel they are wrong. i recommend them to all future patients.

Huge shout out to Dr. Chawla, who over the last couple of years fixed a molar that an old filling fell out of, and extracted a wisdom tooth. She has a great set of hands, and excellent chair-side manner! The office is clean and professionally run by the office manager Ms. Tran, who never lets me forget my bi-annual cleanings. Thank you Dental Dreams Worcester!

i have a similar experience as jenn with them finding more "work" to be done. but long story short my bite is now off and i grind my teeth and the dentist says "its all in my head".... seriously save yourself the money and misery.
