Go at your own risk! Ruined my life in April 2007. Dr. Bianco recklessly adjusted me (they like to get people in and out. They spend just a few moments examining you, then go ahead with the neck and back cracking. Spend betwn 5-10 minutes with each patient). The second she hurt me, I knew something was wrong, but I thought perhaps it would just go away. When I came back after few days and said "something really bad happened the last time" rather than taking xrays, she continued to recklessly crack my back, only making it worse. On the third day in a row, she finally took xrays and told me I needed to go to the hospital. She herniated and tore my disc between L4 & L5. Over three years later, several specialists, and tons of physical therapy, I am still in extreme pain. I consulted with an attorney who told me we would for sure win a lawsuit because my injury was 100% consistent with how she cracked my back -- but that it wasnt worth it because her insurance would probably drag it out years, and then in the end the settlement would cover my medical expenses, but in the meanwhile, Id have to pay for all my PT, meds, etc. While she continues to make money hand over fist by spending 10 minutes cracking necks and backs, I continue to suffer every single day. I believe in my heart of hearts that "Dr." (are they really doctors, anyway?!) Bianco is 100% responsible. I confronted her and she said "how do you know that it happened when I adjusted you?", and I told her because I FELT the injury HAPPEN as she adjusted me. Clearly she wants to convince herself that shes not responsible. Please look out for yourselves and your loved ones -- remember what happened to me before you go to this place. Again, go at your own risk!!! According to the law, going to any chiropractor is "at our own risk". When they are manipulating your spine, you assume the risk of any injury. When I went to physical therapy, there were countless stories there of people seriously injured by chiropractors. Im not saying dont go to Hoffman Chiropractors, Im saying DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Make an informed decision before you trust your health to these "doctors". Love & Peace

Its true, the doctors spend an average of 5 minutes with each patient, its a revolving door there. My last visit sealed the deal for me. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived and waited, and waited, then got called back to "LIFE 3" which is their way to say "room 3" - still, waiting, its now 2:50, and I could hear Dr. Bianco having a very chummy chat with a patient next to me, they were laughing and talking about their 4th BBQ weekend plans, their kids, etc. it went on for 15 minutes, then the voice on the intercom said "Dr. Bianco....Life 2 and 3" obviously people were waiting, I was one of them, still nothing, still yucking it up with her "friend" - I got so frustrated I grabbed my purse, slammed down my folder on the front desk, told her that it was unacceptable to be waiting that long and left. I will not ever go back. They are unprofessional and careless. Choose somewhere else to get worked on, if not, youll just get worked over.

Excellent from the moment, I walked into the office I was actually welcomed,by the staff,and they make sure the moment you walk in the door, to take care of you, waiting is never an issue ! Dr. Hoffman takes the time and listens and remembers what you discuss. He took ex-rays to start, each visit feeling better, He also has recommended for me to keep up with primary care Dr. I feel he has total best interest and care for my condition, he does really care about his patients and staff ! This is my first experience with a Chiropractor, I would HIGHLY Recommend Dr Hofmann !

Dr hofmann i trust with adjusting me and my kids. I wouldnt recommend bianco, ive heard mostly not good things, one person likes her. Ive been going to hofmann on and off for about 5 years now and this past February i was in a car accident and knew to come see him. I was significantly out of alignment and in tons of pain. He has been gentle with me and knew what would hurt and what wouldnt. He has worked with me really well and im doing alot better. I will definitely always recommend hofmann first.

Doctor Hoffman was recommended by a Stranger while waiting to check out my groceries. I had engaged in a conversation about my back and Migraine headaches I was experiencing. I made 14 visits with Dr. Hoffman and after about 17 months of back pain and headaches I was better with zero pain in my back. I definitely would recommend Doctor Hoffman for back alignment, pinched nerves in lower back or side hip area and headaches. Thank you Doctor Hoffman!

Both doctors are fantastic! The office staff, Ashley, Lisa, Elle and Emily, I have also met and worked with. They are simply lovely. They make it easy to continue care in the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Bianco for over 25 years. After my initial problem was resolved, I began visiting once every 4 weeks. Over the years, I can count the times on one hand that I needed to come in for more than my normal monthly adjustment. Aches and pains due to spinal misalignment have been extremely rare for me.
