I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kleaveland, who was recommended by a friend. She did a thorough intake. Listened to my concerns. Did not rush me. Reviewed all of my medications and made useful suggestions and comments. Asked about my family and my personal history. She told me about herself. I found her friendly, easy to talk to. She explained the system of health care in Ann Arbor. She is fit and friendly. I liked her quite a bit and I am happy I found her.
