I have been going to Dr. McFadden for a few years now. I like her for several reasons: She takes her time with me and is thorough. I never feel like shes in a hurry to be done with me and get onto the next patient (even if she is). She and I dont always agree on things, e.g., the use of statins, but she respects my opinion and does not force hers on me. There have been a couple of occasions when she has squeezed me in for a quick check of a condition, and not many doctors will do that for you. She is always very polite and personable, and always answers my questions and makes sure everything is understood. She is very direct and does not sugar-coat anything. That is a quality I very much like in people.

Excellent Doctor! Dr. McFadden took the time to diagnose a condition that others had missed and then took the time to explain to me the different treatment options available. I know doctors dont get a ton of time with their patients these days because thats just the direction medicine is heading....but she took full advantage of our time and really took care to make sure I understood what was going on and what I could do to handle it. With the number of patients most doctors need to see these days its hard to make an actual connection with your physician but I really felt like I did. I would very much recommend Dr McFadden.

I love my doctor here but the front staff are incompetent and a pain. After calling in about being late due to horrendous traffic, which no alternative was given other than I have 15 minutes to get there, all the girl at the front tells me is yeah you have to reschedule. This office is not close to home so I made a trip out here for nothing. If you do go make sure you have over an hour of time for the Ann Arbor traffic.

Dr. McFadden is patient, thoughtful, and takes time with her visits. She is professional, but she also takes a personal interest.
