TOO MUCH CHARGE FOR A NON-PROFIT. I took my dad who is uninsured to see a doctor. HE CANT GET ACA BECAUSE LOW INCOME. I paid $247.50. You pay $50 before you even see the doctor then $197.50 for a doctor visit. I ask the guy who sit at the back wear a glass. Is this really a non-profit he said yes. Really I am insured my united insurance pay my doc around $130 for a visit. They charge $250 twice more than insurance. Is this for profit or non-profit? Ask your self before visiting these place. I give the doctors 5 star. They care they dont know about the charge. the ppl who manage these place are stupid calling it non-profit.They charge way too much. Dont visit if you dont have insurance.

I found Dr. Martin In February of 2015 since I have been going to him this man has completely changed my life. To date he has helped me to get all of my blood levels in the ranges they should be, I have lost 60 pounds I do have more to go but, because of him and his staff my whole life has turned for the better. I also want to give praise to all of his staff as they are so friendly they make me feel like family. I have never written a review before and I am proud to do so for Dr. Martin and all of his staff. The Hope Clinic is the best doctors and staff I have ever come across. Thank You Dr. Martin for all you and your staff have done for me.

If I could rate this place half star I would ,the lady upfront asheley shes fake as hell. all she does gossiping with the gay guy,I sat there for 3 hrs with a fever104 temp,she ignored me let everyone go before me,finally I asked whats going on? she replied if I would like to reschedule.she got the nerve to telling me to reschedule after that long, shes racist she pretending to be nice, but she has favoritism I would never go there anymore Im trying to find whose over them ,so I can make a complaint a place where sick ppl belong not suppose to deal with racism.

Took my kid here on New Years Eve to get a strep test. They were out of my network so I paid 75 dollars to be seen, thats fine. The wait was not long. Practioner saw us, gave a diagnosis and tried to charge me another 70 dollars for a steroid shot. I respectfully declined and asked that the prescriptions be called in. At the drugstore, I paid less than ten dollars for antibiotics and steroid. At least they were open though because not many urgent cares were.

Non profit my foot. 1 visit with blood work $250. Went in to make a payment of $30 which I did in cash and got a receipt. Never looked at the receipt until I got another bill for $25 which also stated that I only paid $19. I wonder where that $11 went i cant wait to find out. I would really like to know how many people had that mistake happen to them.

For a clinic that gets grants and church support, they are pretty high. An office visit is anywhere from $70-100. This is the market rate that most private physicians charge. Makes me wonder where all the donations are going. It sure isnt get passed on to the poor people who need a break on health care costs.

I havnt even been yet and im already pissed off, they make it impossible to get through to someone on the phone, they refer you to the website which refers you back to the phone, ill just go somewhere they care enough to atleast answer the phone!!!!!

I was trying to reschedule but they keep putting me on hold and the hold takes up to 10 minutes ugh! I like this clinic because is closed to my house but I guess I have to find another one ☝
