I was new to GA and needed to find a family doctor for myself and my husband. As we lived near Eastside Hospital and had been there and was very pleased with their services, I called their referral line to help me find a Family Doctor and an OB/GYN for myself. They referred me to Dr Zafar and I called them for an appointment. I was very sick, and needed to be seen as soon as possible. The receptionist was very helpful, and got me an appointment the very next morning at 9:00am. I was very pleased with the overall care I received from everyone in the office, from the front-desk personnel, the nurses assistant, and from the doctor herself. She was very caring, and took the time to speak with me about my illness. They called and got my medical records from my previous provider and called me the next day with follow-up information. I was so sure I would not find another doctor to replace the excellent one I had in NC, but I have found the family doctor for myself and my husband.

I travel from another part of town (almost one hour drive) just to see Dr. Zafar and to benefit from her medical expertise. Dr. Zafar is attentive and very responsive on answering patients demands. And amazingly caring!! You cant ask for a better Doctor. I will definitely give Dr. Zafar a five star.

only reccomend for once in a year visit.never think of getting appointment after that for primary care services.the staff always refer you to urgent care.atleast 2 months waiting to see the doctor whenever you call for appointment.basically the facility to get the medicines refills done

I have left the area & certainly miss my doctor, Dr. Zafar. Excellent medical attention, including Dr. Zafars nurse. In Dr. Zafars office there was very little wait time, Dr. Zafar was attentive, listened to every thing I told her & explained the process for handling my health needs.

the staff cannot get it right - do not schedule/reschedule appointments correctly. plus they are supposed to be open until 5 but always get a message saying they are closed by 4:40. I have changed PCPs because of their incompetence

Dr Zafar is a warm, caring doctor who keeps coming up with the answers to my healthcare questions. Its nice to know your doctor is smart and knowledgable. The staff are friendly and wait times are minimal. I highly recommend!
