STAY FAR AWAY. I strongly believe that any positive reviews are family members and friends or lucky patients. I HIGHLY recommend you stay far away from this practice. Here are the issues you will incur: 1. You would rarely meet the actual doctor. He is booked for months. 2. Office manager Shari, and Front office is rude and nasty 3. They are more concerned about the money and not the patient care so they will over book. They had so many complaints they recently stopped taking walk ins. Your wait time to getting called back would be 30-45 minutes then you wait in a cold room alone for an additional 30 minutes before seen by a nurse or doctor 4. Continuous billing issues 5. You will be told you will be getting a certain number of refills and when you arrive at the pharmacy its another number 6. If you dare complain, you will be dropped as a patient. They currently have more patients than they will admit to being able to care for, yet still accepting new patients while dropping those that complain. 7. Over mass office confusion Trust me, dont risk your life and health and be seen here. You will be completely disappointed.....If you live to tell about it. Stay far away. You will be treated like a number not a human or patient.

Heather, Richard, and Dr Crooker are very nice knowledgeable physicians. here is the problem. Their office staff is THE WORST. I took off work, and was waiting in the office for 2 HOURS and STILL WASNT SEEN and had to leave to go back to work. Then they refused refills because I need to be seen. When I called and left messages I never got a return phone call. Miguel the operator was rude, WENDY in the front office was very rude and unprofessional, and Sherry the office manager was too busy to talk. I would highly suggest finding another office, unless you like rude unprofessional staff and 2 hr waits to be seen with an appointment and nurses that dont respond to your messages. 2-3 years ago this practice was awesome. I will be looking for a new one. When I called this morning and asked for a nurse Wendy informed me "they are all running late this morning", What a mess!

My husband was a patient here and for 3 weeks received "care" for what was diagnosed as a inner ear infection. During that 3 week period he saw the physician or his assistant 2 times and talked on the phone twice about his condition not improving. On Friday July 10th, 2010, they finally called for a MRI to be performed. My husband scheduled the earliest date for the following Monday. On Saturday, July 11, 2010 he had a brain stem stroke which left him on life support until he was pronounced brain dead seven days later. He was diabetic and had high blood pressure. Had I known the symptoms of a brain stem stroke, ( they are different than other strokes) I would have been more conscious of the situation, And I am certainly not a doctor. I lost a wonderful husband, think twice before you put this office in your hands.

Dr. C was my PCP for years. Ive been generally happy. But one day in early November 2013, I went in to talk to him about my low stamina, and shortness of breath. After a brief exam, he left the room and was gone for quite a long time. When he returned, he told me he was referring me to a cardiologist. Okay, I said, give me the referral, and Ill make an appointment. "No", he replied, "I want you to see a cardiologist right now!" He had gone to his office and called around until he found a cardiac specialist who could see me immediately. His dedication surely saved my life. Within 2 days I was having quadruple bypass surgery. My surgeon told he he could not believe I did not have a heart attack. I will always believe that I am alive today because Dr. Crooker cared and went beyond the normal for me.

My family has been seeing Dr. Crooker for 20 years, he is a great doctor. Unfortunately his practice has gone down hill. They moved to appointment only to reduce the wait time of walk ins and it has not helped. The last two times I have gone, Ive walked out due to 45 minute or more wait times past my appointment. Its ridiculous and very unprofessional. I went today and after 30 minutes asked the front receptionist when I would be called. She told me I was next in line, then they called four different people who arrived after me. The front desk staff doesnt seem to care that they are loosing business. Growing up everyone went to Dr. Crooker, now people are finding other doctors, now my family will be too. Its very sad to feel like your doctor office doesnt care about you.

Dont expect to be seen at your appointment time. You will wait an extra 30 minutes past your appointment time... and that is if you can get an appointment. The doctors are great and very helpful, however so difficult to get an appointment. My mother called in to make an appointment because she was sick, the earliest they could get her in was 5 days later. Whats the point?! The staff could use some "happy pills" they always seem "down" or like you are a bother to them. Overall, Dr. Crooker is great, polite, knowledgeable, and has a passion to help people. Which is why I go through the long wait times and depressing staff to see him.... When hes able to, which is very hard.

Our gratitude for more than a dozen years of "top notch" medical care by Dr Crooker cannot be overstated! Working with his excellent support staff, Dr Crooker consistently provides Quality Health Care with a Patient Centered Focus. We have found Dr Crookers "Patient Portal" system to be very efficient in communicating our questions and concerns. It offers direct contact with his office when an immediate Office Visit is not possible. Dr Crooker has ALWAYS been very responsive, and our needs are addressed in a reasonable amount of time. If you value competence, accuracy and efficiency as we do...you wont be disappointed!

Poor service, you sit in waiting room for ever, they have no compassion and they are LIARS. I was released from being a patient there by Shari Crooker and the reason they say was because of past due bills, I called BCBS and the only thing I owed was $69.43. I think the fact that I had choice words for her in the patient portal that she did not like they came up with the excuse to not treat me anymore, sudden and they were not even kind enough to supply me with one more month of my medications that I HAVE to take on a daily basis. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they will leave you to die.

Our family has been going to Dr. Crookers office since he was in the little house down the road to where he is now. Over the years we have seen his practice grow to where he seems to not to have the involvement he should. Most recently, his staff gave me the wrong information on everything from appointment times, to check in equipment to lab results and portal information. And if you ask to speak to the practice administrator ( Dr. Crookers wife) you are directed to go through the portal and the staff forwards her the information. Time to find a new doctor.
