A couple months ago I saw Dr Lua at this location, and he stuck his finger in my rectum knowing he couldnt do anything other than refer me to another Dr. I was ok with that, no problem. Now I return today to the clinic due to a rib fracture, under the notion that they had an X-ray analysis machine, and was even told so by the nurses working there. Mind you, there is also a room, with a large sign reads "X-ray Room" beside the door. Dr Lua was not there today, so I was scheduled to see "Dr Eugene"... He came in and looked directly at my arm tattoos, looked at me and said "Whelp, theres nothing Im going to do for you, you should go to the ER"... I was astonished... I mearly came into this office to have a licensed medicinal Doctor examine my chest, even by just feeling the area to check for any irregularities. It was 1000% obvious this so called "Dr" judged me just by a couple tattoos, and did not want to examine me in any way. I asked him courteously to please just look at the area and see if it was swollen or enlarged in any way, as I am worried that a small fracture could lead to infection, and he responded with "Im not going to do anything for you".. Eugene Hwong is a total clown, and I will NEVER return back to this "clinic". As he shoved my wife and I out of his office, I even asked him about the oath he took in medical school, a pledge to help people in need with medical issues. He had NOTHING to say... Eugene Hwong, you deserve to lose your license.

Brought my daughter who had an earache and sinus infection and was too dizzy to drive. Office opened at 9:00. Physician finally arrived at 9:50, walked thru waiting area without so much as a "Im sorry I am late." Totally unprofessional.
