VERY DISAPPOINTED! These reviews are real. Ive been a patient of this office for years. But after Dr. Hamilton left, things changed. Not all but most of the staff including doctors are rude,mean and no compassion. I agree that they are understaff. Why did I say they are uinderstaff? I (the patient) got scolded by the doctor because she needed to accomodate me to be seen when she already had many patient scheculed to been for that day. Imagine a patient with swollen legs, foot and in pain being scolded. Not to mention I waited 78 minutes just to be seen. I was shocked! I will not go back nor recommend anybody I know there. I am a very understanding person but not this time. I felt humiliated and maltreated. I agree about the place to be more of a business than a healthcare provider. Another incident was when a doctor phone me, upset, asking me if I requested to speak to my primary physician for consultation instead of her, the one on call. Dah! Hello there is this thing called "patients bill of rights. " I have more to say but it would be best to look for another clinic who have a compassion to help people feel better.

I originally went to Dr. Hamilton for a few years. I did not find Dr. Hamilton overly personable, but she was not displeasing either. I also found her to be very competent in her treatments. Ive never had an issue with wait time and the staff is friendly and efficient. This is the best doctors office Ive ever experienced. When Dr. Hamilton took leave from the practice, my case was shifted over to Dr. Nandi, who promptly, upon our first meeting, told me I should have gastric bypass without asking any of my medical or personal history. After having several follow-ups with Dr. Nandi and nearly quitting PMA all together, I have decided to give Dr. Stahl a try after reading reviews that she is friendly and personable. I want a good doctor, but I also want one who doesnt make me feel bad about myself. Id also like to mention Ive lost 32 lbs, without gastric bypass. Thank you Dr. Nandi.

VERY SATISFIED! Its unfortunate that our human tendencies are such that were more likely to complain loudly about our bad experiences than speak or write of our good experiences. I rarely post any reviews online, but feel compelled to here. Ive been to this office three times in the last 5 weeks, for physical and unrelated issue. My experiences with Dr. Stahl and the staff there have been great. The staff has been friendly, upbeat and professional, and Dr. Stahl patiently listened to all my questions and concerns. In reference to a comment below, Ive had other doctors limit what issues they can address in the process of providing an annual physical - I think this is just an unfortunate reality of our current insurance company driven health care system. Bottom line - Id recommend Dr. Stahl and the staff there to anyone without any hesitation!

I have been at this practice for 9mths , and although I have found the Doctor herself good , not real friendly but OK. The place has a feel of being just a business , they are very unfriendly on the front desk and ready to get your money ! they have procedures that they follow and are not prepared to see people as individuals , every case is dealt with by the same attitude , sadly they have missed a big opportunity to meet the needs of people who want to be treated as a human individual, rather than a path to money!!

I went here after moving to the area after seeing the same wonderful doctor for twenty years. I was in for a surprise...not all doctors care about your well being. I felt like a chart..a number. The front staff is not helpful or friendly. They seem more than eager to get that glass window closed that separates you. I have decided it was best to go unmedicated and let my medical problems rule until I could research another doctor than to return to this clinic.

The staff has always been friendly enough (always offering me free pens)! But the wait is unbearable. A quick wait in the waiting room and then at least a thirty minute wait in an empty office waiting for the doctor to come see you. I have waited for over an hour before at this practice! Very unprofessional. This place is grossly understaffed and has done nothing to correct the problem.

I highly recommend the medical services of Dr. Lundy Lukose, MD, to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable, caring primary doctor. Dr. Lukose has always taken the time to explain, in detail, any medical questions I may have and Ive never been made to feel Im being "pushed out the door" to make way for another patient.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lukose for a couple of years, and she is an amazing doctor. She always takes time with you, and you never feel rushed. The first time I saw her was for a physical and she spent 45 minutes with me making sure I understood everything! That never happens this day and age with doctors!!

I would never ever recommend Dr. Lukose. She is rude, condescending, and I waited almost two hours for her to be disrespectful, unhelpful, and poor overall. Im generally a polite person so I have no idea what I did to anger her but overall it was probably the worst doctor experience I have ever had in my life.

Premier Medical has had some challenges, but they can generally be boiled down to certain physicians that came and (than goodness) went. They have a great support staff and Dr. Lukose is much, much better than most of the physicians who have been there in recent memory.

As a doctor she doesnt make you feel as if you are in an assembly line. She takes time and answers all ur questions. She has genuine concerns for your ailments and you can see that in the way she approaches her patients. Very friendly atmosphere.
